Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself was very spacious and seems to be very modern! Great place to spend time with family and friends! The pool is beautiful and there’s lots of games to play such as a golf putting green, ping pong, corn hole, and many card games! A great place with many photo opportunities! Only 2mins from Albertsons and about 5mins from downtown! Will be going back soon! Property management was so helpful.

Plenty of room to spread out and lots of entertainment. Best placed stayed so far in PS and easy to get to downtown.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this home !! The kitchen had all the appliances and cookware we needed . The kitchen was nice and open so we could see outside . This beautiful hidden gem was close to the golf courses and downtown there was a grocery store just down the street . We enjoyed the pool and games . This is our 4th time in Palm Springs and this house met all our needs for our family to enjoy . Great communication with the staff . We hope to come back next year and stay in this home .

We had two families - me and my two kiddos (ages 8 and 11) and my brother, his wife and their two kids (ages 6 and 9). The house was the perfect layout for the 7 of us. There’s one bedroom that’s more secluded and has its own bathroom and a queen size bed. On the other side of the house are the other 3 bedrooms, including a huge master with its own bathroom and an additional bathroom. The blackout shades and curtains for bedrooms with kiddos were much appreciated. The beds were comfortable. The outside was an amazing playground for the kiddos (and adults)! The house had everything we needed - pool towels, goggles for the pools, plastic cups for poolside use and lots of of other necessities. Two things to note: 1. as mentioned in previous reviews, the traffic from the airport does start at 6:00am and it’s quite loud. 2. The house is located in a windy part of town and we were there in the windy season so it was very, very windy. The team from Relax Palm Springs (Scott and Rob) were amazing - so responsive, accommodating, and helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

We treated our adult daughters, their spouses and their daughters to a family getaway/retreat. The house was perfect for our family, we loved the space and the pool, especially our two 4 & 5 year old daughters . The “putting green” was also a hit! We loved the fact that the yard was completely fenced. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, it was clean and an all around comfortable space. The property was centrally located for all the activities away from the house that we did. Easy drive to the Joshua Tree and lots of other hiking opportunities close to Palm Springs. We dreaded leaving the sunshine to head back to the crazy wet & rainy Spring we are having in Oregon. Thanks for the “reboot”!!

Our family (2 adults and 3 college kids) had a great time. This property is everything that it shows. We just went from one fun activity to another all day. Pool, golf, ping pong, bags...

A group of college friends and I stayed here for a quick golf trip in Jan. It was great. House is fully stocked with everything you'd need. The host communicated well and I would highly recommend this house. It is on a busy street so there is a bit of traffic noise. But in a town that is hyper-sensitive to noise, it was good to have the cover of the traffic noise so we didn't disturb the neighbors.

Thos House was like a resort, you wont even need to leave the houae, the view of the mountain is spectacular, we have everything we needed in the house, the location was so close to reataurants, grocery store, airport, and even Aerial Tram way. The was was spotless and was decorated tastefully insode and out. We will definitely stay at this house again.

This house and all of it’s outdoor amenities was perfect for our famiy(parents,adult children & spouses,grand baby & two large dogs.Plenty of room for all & neighborhood to walk dogs,park close by.Only downside were airplanes flying over from 6AM to 9PM.

This property was everything we hoped for. Beautiful home, well decorated, multiple ways to enjoy the outdoors, great kitchen to cook in, and 3 separate bathrooms. The property is quite private and the owner has done their best to cover the roar of planes taking off and landing. Never thought of returning to the same property before but this one has us considering it!

I stayed here with 6 other girlfriends for a bachelorette get away for 4 nights and 5 days. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had booking a property rental. The photos are EXACTLY how this property looks in person. It is absolutely breathtaking. The property is exceptionally clean, tidy, and eclectic with gorgeous home decor. I would book this property again, no questions. The most magical trip the girls and I have ever taken.

That being said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would book again if given the chance. The home is comfortable and perfect for a retreat (meaning we did not leave much!). It's rare to find 3 king and 1 queen beds in a rental and with 3 full baths! The pool heated fast and the outdoor patio with misters provided a great area to relax and enjoy company. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and BBQ and the home is located closely to a market for any essentials. Also, the property management company was very professional and highly responsive; they really made our stay special. Highly recommend!

Close to old downtown some parks and the air museum. We enjoyed the pool with the kids, has a really nice shallow area for younger kids with a waterfall from the hot tub.

We were stunned by the beauty of this place. We arrived when it was dark so didn’t get the full experience until we woke up the next morning. What a view! The mountains were internally right in front of us. Every amenity you could think of (and more). We love to cook, so imagine our surprise at the fact that professional chef pots, pans, and tools were there. While the mattresses could have been more comfortable (all had the sides slightly slanted), you quickly overlook it because of the pool, jacuzzi, ping pong table, and putting green. The living room fireplace provided mood-setting while we played games. Large and comfy pool towels are provided, as are pool floats and chairs. The location was nearby shopping, dining, and food marts, all easy to get to by Uber if needed. The walls around the entire property give comfort at night that you could leave your screen doors open to the sounds of the waterfall wall in the back. The soothing lighting at night against the walls are beautiful, with foliage being backdropped. We had some issues that required help from the property management company, who were quick, professional, and handled everything to our satisfaction. I would advise, however, that the screens in the sliding doors be replaced/fixed. Also, bring mosquito repellent, because they come out at night. Overall, I highly recommend this property and would return.

This property is amazing and spacious! It definitely is an entertainer’s house with so many things you can do within the property. It was just what we needed to relax and enjoy family bonding time together. We highly recommend this house!
