Gorgeous home with a beautiful view. Highly recommend.

I booked this property well in advance, and paid a premium price. If I would've waited just a few months beforehand, it would've been 1/4th the price. Very expensive trip for my family, and my son was very distressed not to have his service dog by his side. Amy would not let the dog come, although it appears they don't live in this house, and VRBO seems to side with the owners every time. Animals pee marks on the grass makes me wonder if other animals were there on the sly. The home listing is accurate and well stocked. My grands loved the toys in the house. We paid the extra $100 for use of paddleboards,kayaks, and really didn't use them. Evaluate beforehand if it's worth it. Amy is quick to respond to any questions. Only giving 4 stars because of my son's distress at not having his service dog on this trip which made the rest of us anxious also.

It was such a fun house! We loved staying there and it was such a perfect house to fit our family.

We had a great time with my husband's family for a reunion. My only feedback would be to have more seating in the main living room. Everything else was great! Thanks for a great place to stay.

This is a great place and we had a wonderful time. Lots of fun extra games to play and activities to do. If you’re going to rent the watercraft, make sure you have a vehicle and/or tiedowns so you can drive them to the lake. The lake is not within walking distance with watercraft. My only complaint is the 10 AM check out is earlier than most places we usually stay at, considering the 4 PM check-in time. Nobody wants to leave that early when they’re on vacation.

House was nice and warm when we arrived and everything was as expected. No surprises! Plenty of room for all of us. View of the (frozen) lake was gorgeous. My youngest grandson did not want to leave! We are looking at dates to book for the summer and can't wait! Thank you!

We walked into the house for the first time through the garage. From the get-go we thought, “Wow! What a fun game space in the garage! I can’t wait to see the house!” There was a friendly reminder to take shoes off just inside the door with perfect space for supporting that request. The house was so very clean that we felt like we must have been the first guests. The kitchen and bedrooms were well-stocked. The space, furniture, and decorations provided a great flow with variety of space, whether for large groups, small groups, or personal space. We loved that the master suite included an attached nursery with books and toys and welcoming beds. We were impressed with the clear and friendly communication online, in the home, and by text. She actually let us know about a special event happening in town that night and checked up on us after a heavy snow. It was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this host and this home!

This home is beautiful! Plenty of room for all of our family to sleep comfortably and to enjoy our meals and activities together. Plenty of toys and books for the littles and a great selection of games and puzzles. The host was very professional and timely in communication. We will definitely rent this space again!

This was a great property with lots of space for all of our extended family. They have games and toys for the little ones. They also have modern streaming services for the teenagers. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay. Our family loved it. We came up for a wedding. Perfect location. There were so many amenities in the house for absolutely everything. Super clean. So many options for sleeping. We will definitely stay here again.

Love having 4 king beds and lots of options for kids. Sheets were soft. Kitchen had plenty of dishes. We had a great trip.

Amy was great from our first communication to the last. We all loved the place, inside and out. We were three generations with ten adults and ten kids. Everyone found plenty to do and ample space to relax. A truly GREAT experience!

The home was very clean and was well taken care of. Amy was very responsive before our stay as well as while we were there. Lots of toys for the younger kids to play with as well as for the older kids. Visiting out on the deck over looking Bear Lake was awesome. I would not hesitate stay here again.

There were 17 in our group. We chose this house because of the number of King beds. The kids enjoyed the play structures and garage games. It was great to have a second refrigerator in the garage. We used the fire pit, grill, & BBQ. It worked out great for our family. Would come again.

Property was PERFECT! Great location, plenty of space, and had everything we needed (kitchen equipment, utensils , bedding, grill, etc) Owner stopped by and she was so nice and friendly. Would highly recommend.

This home worked awesome for my family of 6, my parents, and my two sisters large families. In addition to the beds listed there were 2 sofa beds, a couple extra mattresses that could go on the floor of the basement TV room and 3 fold up futon type mattresses for the floor. The best part was there were extra pillows, sheets, and comforters for all of the extra beds. The fridge/freezer on the garage was awesome and we loved renting the kayaks and paddle boards. The covered deck with 2 plastic picnic tables was perfect for all the cousins to eat and play games. There were tons of board games, garbage sacks, laundry and dishwasher detergent, towels and all the things you hope a rental will have. I loved the large tile entry through the garage to drop shoes and hang wet towels from the beach. We loved this location and plan to book again on our next bear lake trip!

Amazing home! Very clean and cozy in the cold winter weather. Equipped with everything for all seasons to keep you entertained and comfortable. 20 minutes away from beaver ski resort and 15 min away beaver creek lodge (great snow mobile rentals). We absolutely loved this beautiful little town on the lake & the lovely home.

My family really enjoyed spending Christmas here! We had several adults, teenagers, children, and infants and this place worked well for us. It was clean and had plenty of beds, toys, and bedding. Amy was helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed - kitchen equipment and basic ingredients, beds, linens, kids toys, activities (ping pong, air hockey, indoor basketball) T.V.'s, BBQ, outside play equipment, fire pit etc. The deck was a great area to eat and enjoy the gorgeous view of Bear Lake. Close to Garden City and shops and businesses. Thanks for sharing your house with our famaily.

Loved the house, perfect for an extended family get away.The house was properly equipped with all needs.The kiddos enjoyed the playground and afternoons making s’mores around the fire pit. Definitely recommend.!
