Location is perfect. Seconds to the beach and hot tub. Walking distance to shops, stores and restaurants. The condo was very comfortable for 4 adults. The only complaint is that there is no way to heat downstairs without the upstairs getting uncomfortably hot. But I still give it 5 stars and will definitely stay again!

All the sidewalks were cleared of snow and we parked very close to the condo. It was super quiet--never heard any noise. While visiting, we rode the Heavenly Gondola, took a boat tour on the Bleu Wave, tried beginner snowmobiling, ate at the Riva Grill, Artemis, the Loft, saw the Magic After Dark Show. A perfect 5 days.

Stayed for a weeks skiing. Good location and everything worked for us as a family.

Nice place for a weekend ski getaway. Had to drive to the slopes, but that was expected. Two hot tubs on property, which we definitely used. Plenty of room to hang out. No complaints. Would go there again.

Stayed here with my partner for a week in January. Close access to Heavenly, and it had all the amenities we needed to cook and to relax. Would be ideal for multiple couples as well.

My family of 4, my husband, I and 2 young adult sons spent a very good stay in this apartment, 1 minute walk from Tahoe beach. The unit was nice and the kitchen well equipped. The only weak point is that the description on VRBO overestimates a bit the unit : the remodeling of the unit must not be so recent as described as well as the common areas of the village which need a remodeling (in process in several places) Moreover the large angle of the pictures let think about a larger space especially in the main room. We were confortable with 4 people but 8 would be clearly an issue. Not enough seats around the table and on the sofa.

The booking process was easy as well as check in. We rented this condo for our sons wedding, he and his bride stayed at the condo with us as well as a couple other family members. On the day of the wedding all of the girls in the bridal party used the loft as their dressing area. It worked very well for our needs. The day after the wedding we relaxed by the heated pool and had family over for a pizza party. The location was excellent, walking distance to anything we needed. The only negative was this is a tri-level condo and both bathrooms were located on the walk in level. Though this was not convenient we all survived it.

The accommodations were clean and practice for 4 adults and 2 children. The bedrooms and bathrooms were on the main floor where you come in, making for excellent sleeping on comfortable beds. The living space was upstairs. The children slept in bunk beds in the loft which they loved. The dishwasher malfunctioned while we were there. The response was excellent. A handyman was there within 30 minutes of my email. They were not able to fix right away but the facility offered us compensation without us even asking. This unit was great. We would stay there again. The location was wonderful. We walked to the village a few times for good restaurants and entertainment. Easy to rent scooters. Fantastic hiking a short drive away.

The shuttle service into town was great too. One thing though - the loft room isn't ideal as it isn't closed off so the kids could hear everything going on downstairs when they were trying to get off to sleep. The location was exactly what I expected and the information was well thought out such as nearby restaurants, taxi service, grocery stores, etc. etc. I was really extremely happy with my experience and would definitely use R&R again and stay in this same property if the guest list permitted. I happened to leave 2 of my jackets there and the response I received was immediate and they ended up sending them to me. It's easy to do a good job when things run smoothly, but it really shows the quality of service when you need help with something and R&R was very responsive and handled everything professionally. We had the most wonderful vacation -- Lakeland Village is a wonderful place to stay. We had 34 members of our famiy there (in different condos) and we loved the weather this year. TV/cable has all the movie channels (HBO, Showtime, Max, Starz, etc) you can imagine! Clean and bright. Cons: Rooms are kind of small. The bed(s) take up most of the space in the room. Did not like that management requires you to clean and dispose of the trash (by putting it in the outside bin) prior to your departure. What is the reason I'm paying for a cleaning fee if I have to take out my own trash from all the trash cans in the house? This policy needs to be addressed by management.

The only issue we had was temperature control. Because this is bedrooms down at entry level, living room and kitchen upstairs, the thermostat is upstairs and the bedrooms are either too cold or too hot. But that would not prevent me from staying here again as it's beautifully appointed. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need; we cooked all breakfasts here and really saved some money.

RnR were so responsive, and descriptions of the unit were perfect. We were very close to Safeway and other shops, and only a short drive to casinos and South Lake Tahoe attractions -- there was also a shuttle if you don't have a car or prefer not to drive. Honestly, the unit is perfect. Crystal clean, beautifully decorated and laid out, and the grounds/facilities of the complex are also very well maintained. You're steps from the lake and the pool/hot tub as well. If you're on the fence about this property or RnR, don't be! You'll have a wonderful stay!
