We had an amazing weeklong stay at this property! It was very clean and had a good central location to lots of things to do in Outer Banks. The house was updated and very nice. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again in the future:)

Place was clean and great amenities. We utilized the outside hammocks and grill as well as the decks seating. Family room big enough for all 7 to have movie night. Place is in residential neighborhood very close to target and beach. Neighborhood quiet and convenient. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if return to outer banks in coming years.

House was very clean and well organized. Check in was easy. We very much enjoyed our week and would stay here again!

The home is well kept and modernized. The owners were an absolute delight. Love the beach feel and color scheme. Lots of things to do nearby. Tons of seating space.

The house was more than we imagined. We’ve stayed at many beach houses before, but this was more than a house, it felt like a home. All the little touches made us feel welcome and not just like a guest at a rental property. The neighborhood was quiet, with excellent proximity to everything we needed. We are already talking about booking again!

Second time and it was just as great as the first time! The weather didn’t cooperate with us this vacation, so I guess that just means we need to come back and have another vacation! The house is very clean and has everything you need to enjoy time with your family. Plenty of space for a family of five. We can’t wait to come back!

This home is fantastic. Cleanliness is the most inportant factor for us when staying somewhere and the home definitely met our expectations. Its also in a great location, very close to the new Target. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for of family. I cant reccommend this home enough. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful as well.

This house had everything we wanted for our short spring break getaway. The place is spacious and comfortable, immaculately clean, and well furnished with anything you might need. We enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, with the Sound a short walk away and the beach just a short drive with easy public access. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to our needs. We will definitely stay here again!

I've stayed at this property three times now and it has always been a fantastic experience for me and my family. The house is impeccably clean and Mike and Mary Lee have always been super responsive to any requests we've made... to include one time mailing two hats to us when we left them there by accident. This property has become a mainstay for our OBX vacations!

Our family loved our week long vacation! The house was just as pictured and the perfect location to the sound side. Our family really enjoyed taking bike rides along Bay Drive and even biked all the way to the Wright Brothers Memorial. Absolutely stunning views at sunset and I’m sure just as equally beautiful at sunrise on the beach, we just didn’t get up in time. The house came with everything we needed to cook meals at home as most restaurants were packed. The beds slept great! That’s not very common for rentals, so I was very happy to not wake up all achy and instead was ready to start our adventures for the day. We made several trips to see the wild horses which was just beautiful! And, if you are a shell lover, you will find some of the biggest shells on the beaches of OBX. We hated to leave at the end of our vacation, but we are already planning another trip back!

Communication with the owners was fast. They have a detailed description of the place and wonderful notes for getting keys and what they expect when you leave. Super cute house!

This property is exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the sound. Centrally located to all the main attractions of the OBX. Owners are very responsive to messages. Beautifully decorated!

We had a lovely stay here. Host recommended some places to eat and see. They also checked in on us throughout the trip to make sure everything was ok through our stay. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Clean and lot of amenities(kitchen items, games, internet) although no pool but just blocks from beach.

The property was located in a great spot. Easy access to the things we wanted to do, going to the beach, kayaking, going to the Wright Brothers Museum. Plenty of places to eat with a wide variety of menus.
