We stayed with a group of 8 adults and 7 kids 12 and under. The owner was very responsive. Beach access was convenient. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the elevator came in handy. The upper wrap around deck was great. The 3rd floor main level was spacious and the mountains of beach towels, beach chairs, beach carts was wonderful. Lots of games and children’s books was a nice touch too. The house itself was just adequate, we wouldn’t describe it as luxurious. Not clean. Looking for lost things under furniture revealed lots of yucky dirt and crumbs from previous renters. No mop for sticky kid stuff. Appliances old and dirty and the oven sounded like an airplane was about to take off and then kept it up long after it was turned off. There were plenty of kitchen essentials but the kitchen itself was dated and not very clean. The only guests that felt the beds were comfortable were the ones that stayed in the master. The rest of us were very uncomfortable. Even the littles complained of the bunk mattresses being hard as a rock. From all of the reviews we read, virtually 100% were 5 star so I guess our expectations may have been a bit unrealistic.

Our large family had a wonderful time, enjoying superb beach access, wonderful waves, lots of sunshine, and a very welcoming host! Plenty of beach, chairs, and a lovely pool and hot tub! Thank you, Claudia! The linen service was excellent, and there were plenty of towels for the beach! All appliances were working great. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Great sized home for a large family. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit especially because the beach was not in our cards due to weather. Plenty of space for everyone to have privacy. Loved the kitchen. The host provides literally everything you would need to cook. The high chair and crib were very convenient. The elevator was very nice after grocery shopping. Only complaint is that the master bedroom is right under the main living room which was extremely inconvenient for bedtime for a baby. Walking and chairs moving at the table were so loud all night until everyone else went to bed. I would maybe include that that bedroom is under the main living area so future guests with little kids or babies pick a different room to sleep in. Communication with the host was fantastic. We spoke several times. She is wonderful. Great vacation. Would definitely return to this property in the future.

This home checks all the boxes for a large family vacation - plenty of room, great outdoor spaces, clean, and the owner’s attention to detail takes it up yet another notch. The location is very close to beach access so ideal for coming and going to the beach throughout the day. I will definitely book again if the dates line up. Many thanks, Claudia.

This house was great and so spacious my family and I enjoyed all the amenities the house provided plus the short walk to the beach was amazing! Claudia was great and very attentive when I would reach out to her I highly recommend you won’t be disappointed!!

We enjoyed our week at the vacation home! Everything was as specified and we had plenty of space. Small things were appreciated like hand soap in the bathrooms, soap and cleaning supplies in the kitchen and even the umbrellas by the front door. Check in was easy and we were able to get into the house a little bit early. A favorite of everyone’s was sitting on the front porch enjoying the sea breeze. The pool was a big bonus and was perfect for our group. The path to the beach was just two houses down and a short walk along the path. Communication was great! We would definitely stay here again!

We arrived at Claudia's place for a multi generational trip to find a very clean house. It was SO close to the beach were able to go back a bad forth without any trouble. That's pretty important with a lot of little kids. I would recommend any family to stay here.

Excellent residence and communication with the owner. Would highly recommend!
