Four of us came down from Washington state to watch the Notre Dame football game. The home is well furnished [- the rooms clean, enough beds and bathrooms. Essentially, the home is comfortable. Other than sleeping, we spent limited time at the house but the bunny rabbits were only slightly skittish in the yard. The location is convenient to Texas A&M, only a couple miles off campus, ~1 mile east of Rudder Freeway off Harvey road. Our only complaint is that we were never really able to figure out the television system - but we weren't there to watch TV.

The house and property were beautiful and well maintained. The house was very nicely decorated, clean and comfy. We really appreciated the location and property, being very near to town, but just out enough to be almost rural. It was a quiet, peaceful area. The owner was welcoming, accommodating and easy to reach. We had a wonderful short stay, and I’d definitely be willing to book there again and would love to stay for a longer time.

We found the location of the property very convenient to just about everything. The house is in a beautiful setting and is very good for porch sitting. Plenty of comfortable living space. Will definitely try to stay again.

The house was well equipped with everything you need. It was very clean and cozy. The front and back porch areas were great. The dining table inside accommodated our large group for dining and games. The location is a short drive to Texas A&M. The host was immediately responsive to the one question I asked. We had a wonderful time and will definitely rent again. Thank you for making this a fabulous weekend!

If you ever need a place in the BCS area, check this place out. An amazing house and yard for kids and also allows for your fur-family to join as well. Carol is awesome and a ease to work with.

Very nice home , beautiful and clean just as described , , loved the open concept ! My son Had a wonderful graduation dinner with family , loved the huge backyard , we were lucky to have a beautiful day ,, perfect for grilling steaks ,, only a little weird for us to see so many personal stuff in refrigerator and drawers but other than that had a wonderful time !!! Great neighborhood
We had a great time during our graduation celebration for my daughter. Location had plenty of parking space and had plenty of yard to enjoy the day.

Beautiful property
We had a fabulous time in College Station. My daughter received her ring and we had some friends over to the house afterwards. The house was great and the yard was perfect for outdoor games we brought. I would definitely rent this home again.

She was VERY accommodating and VERY NICE!! The backyard is quiet and private. The beds were comfy. Bathrooms were ok. There were a few issues with the house though. The ac started leaking the first night. She had to come the next morning to look at. We could tell this wasn’t the first time this has happened. The window in the second bathroom was disgusting when it was opened up. Also there was an issue with the laundered sheets in one of the guest rooms

Recommend for Texas A&M football game!
4 of us traveled to College Station to watch Texas A&M play Alabama. House is in a nice, quiet location. The owner was prompt on getting back to us with any questions. The home is just as pictured and it easily accommodated the 4 of us. A great place to stay if you are in town to see the Aggies!!

Weekend visit
Great private location. Very pretty lot, lots of trees, big backyard for dogs to play. Beds were comfortable, house was clean. Only negative was bad smell coming from garage, and would suggest to make a little more room in fridge for guests groceries. Other than that, really liked the nice quiet location. Very safe area.

Very charming and peaceful home!
We had our family down for the Aggie game and loved having a place for all of us to gather and have meals and relax between events. Loved the quiet neighborhood and it’s only a few minutes from the campus.

Great Stay For Clemson - TAMU Game
The house is in a great location...easily accessible to campus and the stadium. Carol was very gracious and didn't balk at arranging a 1 PM check-out. Definitely recommend this property.

We rented this home during our son and daughter’s graduation from Texas A&M. One graduated Thursday afternoon, the other Friday morning. Location was great for getting to/from Reed Arena!! Had family over for dinner Friday night. Had plenty of room for parking. Sat outside that evening and enjoyed the peacefulness!! Carol was very flexible with our check in/check out needs...

Comfortable family home
Our family enjoyed our stay the weekend of the LSU game. Our 5 year old grandson played with the toys that were available. Carol was nice to have a crib set up for our 5 month old grand daughter. Plenty of room. Very comfortable for a group of 7 adults & 2 children.

This was a great place! Exactly as described, and the host did a great job to make it comfortable with all the little extras! Very easy to communicate with the host as well, she even helped us out with some good food recommendations!
