Process was easy to book, beautiful home, and fit the description perfectly.

Our group of 11 had a wonderful time & couldn't get over how beautiful the house is. We were very close to what seemed like a bay which was came waters that the little & adults enjoyed the most of. We were also not far from the bigger beach. We will definitely plan another visit to Navarre Beach & hopefully be able to rent this house again.

This house is fantastic. We had three small families with younger kids and a grandparent and everybody slept comfortably. Living room nice, kitchen nicer than what we have in our homes. Gated neighborhood was nice and really good for the kids and the neighbors were all friendly. The walk to the sound/bay was very easy and it was good for kids, however the beach was a solid three blocks away. Walkable but too much with kids and toys. It made the golf cart we rented super important and strongly strongly strongly recommended!

VRBO charged me $411 just to book this property. That is a ridiculous amount of money. I was unaware of these charges before they hit my credit card. I will NEVER use VRBO again. These were charges by VRBO - NOT the owner of the property.

We traveled with 3 couples and kids! Bunk room was perfect for kids. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (pots pans utensils). Home was very clean! Appreciated the wagon and beach items. Outdoor shower was awesome and walkable to beach or sound. Perfect quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.

We noticed a few changes such as more kitchen cabinets locked but most disappointing was the fact that the bedroom closets were also locked. We also rented the golf cart last year and again this year. I'm pretty sure it was not the same golf cart as last year and seemed at times to slow down or not accelerate when wanting it to. The dining chairs need some help. The bottoms of some are falling out. Other than that, we love the home, the space and the convenience to the beach.

Property was gorgeous and had views of sound! Tons of space with bunk bed room and so many bathrooms for everyone! Love the main floor master and ease to pool and beach. Many, many water toys that owner allows you to use!

We rented the golf cart and that was a great way to zip back and forth. House was beautiful and immaculate with every kitchen gadget you need if you choose to cook. Gorgeous home that fits the pictures/description perfectly. All rooms were very spacious and large enough for two adults and the kids LOVED their bunkbed room. easy to get to the beaches that are close to walk to but it helps to have a vehicle or rent the golf cart for the larger beach around the corner to haul your gear. definitely would recommend this home to others

Very comfortable well equipped home. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Had 9 adults and two kids and plenty of room. Could have had more kitchen towels and wash clothes. Loved the extra refrigerator in the garage. Loved the extra beach chairs, wagons and beach towels. Outdoor steps needs better lighting and are VERY slippery when wet. Would recommend putting a traction strip on the steps. Has two people fall on the steps during the week. Overall this was a great home and would recommend anyone to stay here

Having close access to both the bayside and gulf beaches was really convenient. I would recommend renting the golf cart as the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches are about 0.4 miles away.

The property manager was very helpful leading up to our vacation and through our entire stay. When we arrived, we were very pleased with the location. The house was very spacious with ample room for our party of 12. The color and decor in the house make it feel like a luxury vacation. Kitchen is well stocked but not overstocked. We still had plenty of room for what we brought. There is a large pantry as well as 2 refrigerators (1 downstairs in the garage). We couldn't get the Icemakers to work. Would have been nice to have but we managed. The bedding and furniture were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the bunk room. The neighborhood was quiet with the community pool and hot tub just down the street. The bay was a short walk. The beach on that side isn't much but the water is shallow enough that the kids can play without worrying too much. The paddleboards were a bonus on the bay. The gulf is about a 4 block walk. Its more than we wanted with 6 kids and beach gear in tow, however, we rented the 4 seater golf cart and had no problem with the distance. We just made a few trips to get everyone and everything to the beach and back. The golf cart actually gave us something extra to do and was enjoyed. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy the rental. We definitely recommend it.

This house was very clean, and perfect for our large families. Management was very helpful and they worked hard to make sure we had what we needed. We highly recommend renting a golf cart to help transport people and beach gear to and from the beach. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kids especially enjoyed the bunk bed room. It was fun to have access to a kayak and paddle boards as well. Overall, a fantastic vacation!

Our stay was wonderful, relaxing and perfect for our families. There wasn’t a need that wasn’t met with this home. Great access to both the bay and the beach. Thank you for graciously opening your home so that we had the opportunity to enjoy it!
