Comfortable bed and plenty space for clothes and belongings …Nice touch with milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, crisps and biscuit welcome snacks. Dishwasher tablets and liquid soap in the kitchen an added bonus. Well appointed apartment, Aaron was very helpful with info and directions for key box entry. Great location with a lovely sun trap garden at the back with sitting. We will definitely stay again when coming to Newmarket races!

Parking a bonus, although it was a little tight we were informed about this at the time of booking and we managed to park our car safely

The location was great, we stayed here for the races. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable, tea, coffee and milk were provided. The host promptly answered my quieres before our stay. Would stay here again.

The property was very neat and tidy.
Did not enjoy the tenats in the apartment above. They were extremely loud, playing music and stomping around all hours of the night. We could also hear them running up and down the stairs quite a bit. I could hear at least three individuals running around in a small 1 bedroom apartment with squeaky floor boards. Did not make for a nice stay.

Private entrance, off street parking, and nice city center of Newmarket is close by. Also not far from Mildenhall RAF and Lakenheath RAF are only a 25min drive.
The British style of door lock was a bit confusing to use…but it’s not the fault if the property. Just remember to lock the door pull up on the handle and then lock it. ;-)

Aware of passing traffic. Some squeaky floorboards in the bedroom in the apartment above.

Easy walk into Newmarket, or 2 minute drive. 5 min drive to Exning equine hospital. 5 minute drive to the station. 6 minute drive to Bedford Lodge hotel and spa. Easy walk to supermarket and fish and chip shop. Clean, large 1 bed apartment. Not big enough for 4, even though there is a sofa bed in the living room and large king in the bedroom. Good broadband. Nice desk area. Dining table not really usable, so ate on knees. Host very available if needed. Housekeeping ladies very efficient and polite. Warm and cosy.
The kitchen was ill-equipped. Freezer too frozen up to use. There were no BBC TV channels and no BBC radio. I have a large car and the off-road car parking was tricky. I could have parked on the road (if there had been any spaces), but it's a very busy main road and I didn't want to. There was no sound proofing, so we could hear our upstairs neighbours entering, leaving, and every word!

We had everything we needed including cereal + snacks. Check in was nice and easy. Comfortable bed and the pull out sofa bed was a bonus!

The apartment had all the items you would expect and more. Beds and bedding very clean and gave a goodnights sleep. The Courtyard at the back is a real suntrap and there are picnic benches for you to use.
We met Aaron the owner he was very friendly and chatty. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
Drain on the shower was very slow.
