grill not working well. only half heated. lack of regular oven. could not figure out how to use the convection oven. had to replace battery in smoke detector which kept beeping. trouble entering. instructions for keypad were not correct. had to call Vacasa for assistance.

Location! Washer & dryer in unit. Private propane grill for use. Heated swimming pool. Cute decor and comfortable furnishings.

Inaction and followup by Vacasa management team on getting initial access to condo and status of trouble ticket. Remote key to condo only works if internet WiFi is up…our internet was out the entire week, we had one key to share. No oven in kitchen (toaster oven helped). The unit was clean, but the textured ceiling and air vents had huge 1/2 inch dust stalagmites hanging from both. Air filter to A/C needed replaced months ago…completely blocked with 1/4” of dust/lint. Cheap toilet paper (only 2 rolls!) and paper towels.

The code didn’t work upon arrival. I called and had to wait 20 minutes for them to reset the code. It still didn’t work so I had to call back. That next operator was able to give me a lockbox code so I could finally enter. I wonder why the first operator wasn’t able to do that. The wifi was inaccessible. Apparently the owner had transitioned to a new system and never set it up. I had no access to the account number. I called twice, someone finally came out to repair it but was unable to. My whole family ragtop tons of data charges. The beds are very hard
