I really enjoyed the meals I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the size I enjoyed the pool everything was very pleasable

I was very unsatisfied with the pool area there was a man there that was staring quite weirdly and did not make that enjoyable and almost ruined the whole stay

My family had this booking about 3 weeks in advance. Due to unforeseen events, we were unable to make it to the facility. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. They told me the number to call so that I could request any refund available and ensure proper cancelation. We booked through BOOKING.COM, and they were super helpful in doing the work to get us our refund. We appreciate both parties!

Not being able to make our reservation.

Paid in advance and received a confirmation email from the hotel the day before we left for our trip. We arrived after driving 8 hours and desperately needing sleep, only to be told that our reservation had been given away…. Even though we paid…. They had no accommodations for us and the nearest hotels were completely full. We went to Candlewood Suites in Polaris instead and it was a lifesaver.

Location of the hotel was great. Toilet was stopped up and they sent someone to fix it right away.

Breakfast was ok. Only offered sausage as a meat but the next day had bacon scrambled eggs. Why not offer bacon as a meat as well. No grits, only oatmeal. The gravy was very salty. Was told that the hotel uses a salt and pepper gravy mix and all they do is add water. Heard a few guest complaining about it at breakfast. The “unlimited” soda machine was cut off during the day, various sodas were out anyway. Was told it was a busy weekend for the hotel since baseball/cheer was heavy in town. Didn’t get to partake in the dinner or drinks reception because of the hours.

it was very close to the interstate. The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was very good. The room was clean, as was the entire hotel.

It was comfortable and very clean. We loved the friendly staff and how nice everything was. Beds were so comfy that we slept extremely well.

The staff and the breakfast made this a standout! I was here back in 2021 too, and it was just as good. This is my favorite stay. Everyone was so nice, and the facilities are clean and high quality.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was having to return to the desk for pool access. I feel like it should have been granted upon arrival.

Michael & Larry were very helpful. They were personable and engaging.

My key was disabled. Jay? Promptly remedied the problem.

Staff were great every time. The room was lovely, large & comfortable. the breakfast was fantastic, and they accommodated my special needs wonderfully. Grandbabies loved the pool.

Kickback food wasn't on par with other Drury inns I've been to. And the pool was quite cold, but really it was a great stay👍.l
