There were no towels or internet when we arrived and the ice machine was broken. The lines at check in were long with only one person there.

Location, cleanliness and front desk staff was great. Our room did not have a microwave or a clock. There was only one working elevator and it was slow. I asked housekeeping for a trash bag and was told no before I could completely for my question. Housekeeping on my 6th floor was friendly though. Room was nice otherwise.

Close to area shopping and dining. Clean. Nice accommodations and toiletries provided.

The elevator had some issues not working correctly and i found a dead moth on one of the chairs in the lobby. Other than that it was great and the staff was awesome!

We stay at this location often and this visit was not as great as past ones. Our room looked out the concrete roof. Literally, all we could see was concrete and it did not let in much light. So avoid room 219 and those around it. Then there was something off on the breakfast. The lights were dim and the eggs runny and the choices rather limited. This is not our typical experience here.

The front had old empty flower pots and was not landscaped well. The front of hotel not welcoming.

The property is clean and the room was very nice!! The best part of our stay was being greeted by Sincerely at the front desk!!!! We were very delayed and exhausted and he was so personable when he checked us in. He quickly and kindly had us off to our room for much needed sleep. I will definitely chose this hotel next time I’m going through Ohio.

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was a very peaceful, enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel. Room had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. Fitness center was good. We had an issue with the drain on our bath tub. We let them know as we were leaving for the day and they had fixed it for us when we got back that evening.

We’ve stayed here many times and had no issues. This time our room wasn’t ready at 3:30. They told us 15-20 minutes. By 4:00 it was still not ready. We had to leave for a concert. Told them we’d be back around midnight. When we got there our 2 queen suite was unavailable. The night manager was very helpful. But then our keys didn’t work.

We had a very pleasant stay here. There were 2 elevators, however, only one worked so made getting to/from our room for long waits at the elevator. Mentioned to front desk and seemed they are aware but nothing had been done to fix it. Otherwise a very nice property to visit. Loved that no fee to park.

Hotel was older needs some updates. Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious. Awesome location. Thank you.

Generally, the property was clean, service providers were attentive. The mattress on our king bed had a huge dip on one side, making it very uncomfortable. The stairwell needs rug cleaning for noticeable large stains.

Professional looking lobby and a great desk worker especially for us checking in close to midnight.

Was supposed to receive maid service. Did not once! NO CLEAN TOWELS OR BEDDING.

Monday morning the staff was too much in rush to take away the breakfast. I Was there 8:45 AM and he started rushing leftover breakfast in the kitchen 8:55

We stay here whenever we come to visit my family and have always had a good experience. The pool is small but nice. The rooms are decent and comfy. The staff is always friendly and it is comfortable. Also close by to a lot of fun places!

Having never stayed at a Fairfield Inn before I was surprised with the condition of this property. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, the room with the ice machine had bags of garbage piled up for multiple days, and the hallway carpeting hadn't been vacuumed in who knows how many days. Our room wasn't cleaned or towels replaced after the first night. I went to the the front desk and requested fresh towels, 2 hours later I had to go back and ask if someone was going to get us towels. The front desk clerk went in the back and gave me the towels to take back to our room. This was the same for our son's room, and other guests we were with. I have paid less and received better accommodations and service elsewhere. We will not stay or recommend this particular site. I hope that this isn't typical of all Fairfield Inn hotels.

I choose Fairfield because the superior cleanliness.

The staff was amazing...they're always amazing at this location. I've stayed here before, but this time the lack of cleanliness definitely stood out. Everything needs to be wiped down in the room (the headboard, the dresser, the TV stand).

The stay was good, not the best overall. I believe it is getting to the point of updating. The trash receptacles at the main entrance were overflowing and disgusting. Inside was clean, mattress we had definitely needed replaced. The room itself and bathroom were good, clean and comfortable.

Absolutely a terrible stay. Broken beds and no hot water for a shower. Management said they would reach out to me and. I word from them at all. Hotels.com tried to ask for a partial refund in compromise but they would not budge. Don’t stay here !!!

This was a disaster from the beginning. I was told by the hotel I shouldn’t have used hotels.com to book my stay because it often doesn’t transfer to their system because they couldn’t find my reservation. This is where hotels.com went wrong. We were also unable to add our Marriott points since we booked through hotels.com, and the only reason we even did was because the Marriott site was down. When we arrived we were then notified that hotels.com canceled our reservation so it had to be reinstated. Then something wasn’t working right with the system when they were trying to put down my card for incidentals. They charged my card $360 FOUR times and I am still waiting for those charges to come off. The pull out couches were very uncomfortable and one of them had sheets that had BLOOD on them. They also didn’t have the full set of bedding for the couches in the rooms. We called down for towels and they were never brought up. We called again for towels and pullout bedding and we were told we had to come get it. There were never enough pool towels and when we asked for more we were told they were all dirty and had to be washed. This was by far the worst Marriott experience we have had. The only positives were that Amber was nice and helpful when going through the hotels.com fiasco and the general table area on the first floor was great to gather in.

Very friendly desk, check in easy. Great room, very comfortable. Good breakfast, excellent blueberry muffins:) just a quick overnight for us but I would have been comfortable for several nights there.

It was overall a great stay for my family. The only issue was the room temperature- the thermostat in the room controlled absolutely nothing. I had it on 40 and the room temperature never changed
