Coffee terrible (much too strong); waffle mix ran out early; TV almost useless (very old "smart" TV with a schedule that didn't match the program on (all TVs should be replace with ones that aren't 10 years old). Very clean. Staff top notch. Elevators quick enough. Just a miss on some important topics.

I have stayed here many times. Usually, everything is fine. The shower in my room had no hot water. I told management as I was leaving for work. I was told to come back and check the water and if it was cold, let them know. I was there on business and my schedule did not permit me coming back to the hotel to check the water. They could have checked the water while I was gone, so this request was ridiculous. One of the amenities is coffee in the room. I used the coffee day one, none was brought day two or three. Housekeeping was in my room to provide towels on day three, but did not clean the room or provide coffee.

I have zero complaints. The rooms were spotless, even under blue light. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff working there is amazing. I was checked in by Johnny and the lady and gentleman that checked me out we so friendly. I have stayed a total of three times when I have to stay in that area. This is a place that I will always chose.

Great location, everything you need is nearby. Hotel is in good condition, probably needs some renovating moving forward. Great price, compared to neighboring hotels, for what they have to offer. Definitely would stay there again.

Very nice hotel except the A/C unit rattled when it was set below 72 degrees. Otherwise, kind personnel, nice hotel & great breakfast.

I like the location and have stayed here numerous times, it's seems to be going downhill a little. No soap in the room, notices that there is HBO Max which is not true and unavailable. No other streaming services to take it's place.

Staff was great and very friendly. Swampy smell coming from the bathroom at times. Had a hard time getting fresh towels but other than that, a dent stay.

We had issues upon entering our room the first time. The TV was on, there was a bag of grapes in the refrigerator and socks under one bed.
The ice machine in our floor did not work.
We had been traveling so we’re excited to be able to do a load of laundry. We loaded the machine and noticed there was no coin machine. My husband ask for change at the front desk only to be told they didn’t have quarters but that there were several stores in the area where we could get change. So we had to leave and get change.

The computers were down and we werent able to get keys to our room. So the gentleman at the desk had to let us in everytime. Which was inconvenient since we couldnt come and go as we pleased, we werent able to do much on our trip. Poor QuInn, he needs a raise having to deal with that the past two days!!

1 person to check us in. 5 people ahead of me. Computer systems where down. Took an hour to check in. He had to walk everyone to their rooms becauee he had the only key in the hotel that worked. He was trying but it was horrible. Went to eat, came back and still had to wait almost another hour for him to take us to our room. The worst part is that the manager was not there to help, no one to help him and apparently thw regional general manager left earlier knowing that the hotel was in this situation. I would not support this hotel at all. Food the next day was also not good. Watery drinks, hard biscuits, stuff out for oatmeal but no oatmeal. The waffle batter was also not working great. The employee tried his hardest but he was totally overwhelmed.

The reason I gave the four stars was because the elevator stopped on us twice.
One time it would not go up to the floor we stayed on full elevator. And the second time we could not get the doors to open we had to use the telephone in the elevator to get help. You can’t expect everyone to be able to climb the stairs weither on the fourth floor or on the sixth floor .

Rated as a 4 star hotel but not even close. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Everything was old. Had to ask for everything towels- toilet paper etc thought we were getting a room for 5 people the sofa bed was in horrible condition with torn cushions and a dirty mattress. One elevator broken and we were on 5 th floor walking steps constantly. The hot tub was broken as the ice machine. Hotel was as expensive as the nicer hotels in the area. Thought we were getting a nice place to stay for a weekend getaway but the hotel was a nightmare.

Location, cleanliness and front desk staff was great. Our room did not have a microwave or a clock. There was only one working elevator and it was slow. I asked housekeeping for a trash bag and was told no before I could completely for my question. Housekeeping on my 6th floor was friendly though. Room was nice otherwise.

The elevator had some issues not working correctly and i found a dead moth on one of the chairs in the lobby. Other than that it was great and the staff was awesome!

We stay at this location often and this visit was not as great as past ones. Our room looked out the concrete roof. Literally, all we could see was concrete and it did not let in much light. So avoid room 219 and those around it. Then there was something off on the breakfast. The lights were dim and the eggs runny and the choices rather limited. This is not our typical experience here.

The property is clean and the room was very nice!! The best part of our stay was being greeted by Sincerely at the front desk!!!! We were very delayed and exhausted and he was so personable when he checked us in. He quickly and kindly had us off to our room for much needed sleep. I will definitely chose this hotel next time I’m going through Ohio.

We’ve stayed here many times and had no issues. This time our room wasn’t ready at 3:30. They told us 15-20 minutes. By 4:00 it was still not ready. We had to leave for a concert. Told them we’d be back around midnight. When we got there our 2 queen suite was unavailable. The night manager was very helpful. But then our keys didn’t work.

Nice hotel. Room had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. Fitness center was good. We had an issue with the drain on our bath tub. We let them know as we were leaving for the day and they had fixed it for us when we got back that evening.

We had a very pleasant stay here. There were 2 elevators, however, only one worked so made getting to/from our room for long waits at the elevator. Mentioned to front desk and seemed they are aware but nothing had been done to fix it. Otherwise a very nice property to visit. Loved that no fee to park.

The mattress on our king bed had a huge dip on one side, making it very uncomfortable.

We stay here whenever we come to visit my family and have always had a good experience. The pool is small but nice. The rooms are decent and comfy. The staff is always friendly and it is comfortable. Also close by to a lot of fun places!
