Loved the property location. It was a convenient location to many restaurants and grocery stored. The hosts, Sandi and Scott were great. Visited with them on a few occassions and even watched the Superbowl on the patio with them. Would certainly stay there again.

Cute place; well stocked. The backyard is adorable….wish the weather would have been more cooperative. Sandra was a lovely host and Maverick gave me my doggy fix.

This property was the perfect location for our trip and Sandi has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Super clean property with a nice pool and outside seating area. Enjoyed visiting with Sandi and Scottie and Maverick and Ky. Quiet neighborhood, we’ll stocked kitchen, couldn’t have asked for anything better. We’ll be back!

The casita is equipped with everything you might need for cooking meals and grilling meat. If you need something more just ask. The owners treated us like family.

Wonderful Casita. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful products and linens in the bathroom, the bed and linens were so comfy, And the pool and surrounding areas were such a dream. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Maverick the mascot is adorable and loves people. Lots of parking. We would stay again for sure! Thank you Sandi for all the little touches that made us feel so welcome.

From the moment we were greeted by the little dog, Maverick, we were at home in this well appointed Casita. Our only duty during our 5+ week stay was making ourselves an adventure. We would stay here again when in the Tucson area.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. Both the property and the hosts were amazing! Sandi and Scottie were awesome and we had a great time with great conversation in the resort like backyard. Would definitely recommend this property and most definitely stay again. Jason and Brandy

My husband and I visited Tucson to look at some real estate. We stayed at this small, very well-equipped and comfortable house. Hour hostess, Sandi, had thought of everything. The bed was especially comfortable, and most mornings we slept in, luxuriating in the peaceful surroundings. Groceries, breakfast places and other stores are minutes away. Could not have stayed at a better place.

We couldn’t have had better hosts. They were helpful in every way. They were so kind and thoughtful and made us feel very welcome. They also loved our dog. It was an excellent experience.

100% recommend this place; it was exactly as advertised. My wife and I spent Thanksgiving week there while visiting our daughter who is a student at UA. The cozy "casita" had everything we needed, was very tastefully furnished and decorated, and the property managers (Sandi and husband Scott who live on-site) were gracious hosts and excellent communicators. We loved the well-appointed kitchen, spacious bathroom, and super-comfortable queen bed. We also BBQ'd on the spacious patio a couple times, and spent most mornings poolside just soaking up sun (often with mimosas). It was a great way to live luxuriously on a budget, and will likely be our go-to place for Tucson visits over a day or two.

Very clean comfortable friendly place to stay. We were here to visit a relative in the hospital. The casita is very convenient to TMC. It felt like coming home at the end of the day. Thanks Sandi!

Sandi and Scott were terrific hosts! Very friendly and easy to talk to. Checked on us all the time to make sure everything was good. Check in was super easy and the property is exactly as described.. beautiful space and well Maintained. We had great days by the pool and wonderful food places within a mile or so. Grocery store within a half mile. About 15 mins to campus. And guard dog Maverick will be sure to keep the pool kraken at bay. 😉 couldn’t have asked for a nicer more easy going place. 😊❤️

Our first trip back to Tucson after the last Covid-19 surge couldn’t have gone smoother! The separate, well furnished casita, was perfect for us. Sandi was just a text away for any questions we had, or a glass of wine! We would definitely stay here again! 😃😃

Beautiful decorating. All essentials supplied ( soaps, etc). Great location, close to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops. And easy access to all Tucson attractions.

Place was great, nice and quaint. It had all the amenities needed for a great time. The hosts were great as well, they were at beck and call the whole weekend.

We needed a place to "land" while house hunting. We found it here. The neighborhood is lovely and a great area to walk. Sandi, and her clan, were very kind and welcoming. Nat especially loved playing with Maverick and trying to get into the main house! Thank you for having us.

Nice new bungalow with everything needed for a stay. Great sleeping bed, nice shower with the shower head nice and high for tall people. Friendly greeting. Covered car port.

We stayed a week in Tucson The property was great. Communication with Sandra was easy and efficient. The property was much more a studio then one bedroom... but we were comfortable. After all, we didn't go to Tucson to spend time inside! The bed was definitely great, a bit on the firm side!!! and new. Thanks Sandra!

Sandi's guest house is great. She has it nicely outfitted with everything you need, including a comfy bed. She was available and willing to help but didn't interfere unless asked.

This is a little gem. The owner is wonderful. The place is immaculate and nicely furnished. Open your door and hop in the pool. Loved it!

It's a charming, comfortable space with everything two people need to live for six weeks in transition, so more than suitable for short stays as well. Very reasonably priced and a great owner who is as personable as a B&B owner. Walkable neighborhoods to the East, close to shopping and medical care, just a couple of minutes from great views of Tucson in the foothills. Owner was very welcoming and friendly of our little dog who got along great with her fun & friendly pooch. Pool has a lot of privacy and the owner is constantly doing little backyard projects and making improvements. Parking is close and gated walkway and door security makes anyone feel very safe. A highly recommended option for travelers to Tucson.

Not only was my family's stay at the "Casita" an enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable 23 days, it was almost a life-saving experience! Sandra, the owner, was so compassionate about my family's situation: my sister has terminal brain cancer and she and her son needed to get away from her husband, who'd gone off the deep end and they were both in danger around him. The house was clean, had everything my sister and her son could need, and even the dog was comfortable! When I emailed Sandra to tell her my sister, nephew and dog needed to get out of the husband's home immediately, she didn't hesitate -- she offered them to come a day early "on the house." What compassion! They felt like they were in a sanctuary. And the house is located close to my sister's treatment and doctor's offices. If they had a question or needed something, Sandra was right there to provide, and she took care of them as I would have if I'd been there. I can't say enough about Sandra's attention to her renters' needs and comfort. She's all about giving them a good experience. It's a cute, clean, comfortable house, in a quiet area, and if I were to go to Tucson again, I'd book with her if possible! Thanks so very much, Sandra. God bless you!

Very cute Casita that is well appointed. Excellent location that is convenient to everything. Very comfortable, quiet, and secure. We will definitely look to stay here on our next trip to Tucson.

Sandra really took the time to think of everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. I will absolutely stay here again and again. The property is very very clean and safe. Plenty of parking with security access provided. Absolutely perfect.

This is a great property for one or two people. Everything is new and the casita allows for complete privacy and security. Very functional unit and quiet for sleeping. Location is good for most of Tucson--15-20 minute drive to downtown, 4th Ave, museums, etc. Decent restaurants within easy walking distance. Host is a very attentive who goes out of her way to please her guests. Carport parking would be nice in the summer to keep parked car cooler. I would stay here again when in Tucson.
