El alojamiento es ideal para disfrutar de los campos de Sapa sin entrar en el bullicio del pueblo. Perfecto para descansar y desconectar. Muy recomendable

Hotel services are pathetic. Hotel is located in very good location and villas were looking good, so we made the booking but that was the mistake. Room services are very bad. We stayed for 3 nights in the property. While we used the washroom, there was no water in the washroom, it became so embarrassing situation for one of our group member as he got stuck in washroom. On top of that, hotel didn’t provide any phone in the washroom so he was not even able to connect with reception. We complained about this to hotel and somehow it was fixed. But next morning, situation was same and another member also got stuck in the washroom for same issue. The wifi in the property is also very bad. Throughout our stay we complained multiple times for internet but no action taken and we had to suffer for usual internet work. When we went for bills settlement, hotel asked for 3% extra bank transaction fee. This was so unreal like 5* property is asking you extra charges for online transactions. How is it possible for any tourist to carry big amount of cash. Really very bad experience of services in Ecco Villas.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The place itself is beautiful plus the food they served us were all delicious

A 25 minuti in taxi da sapa city ma in una zona tranquilla e rurale molto bella. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione con ampia scelta preparata al momento, porzioni abbondanti. Ci hanno organizzato due tour per le due giornate che avevamo a disposizione (un trekking di 4 ore con ragazza di etnia Mong e un tour personalizzato di un'intera giornata con varie tappe) e son state molto belle. Piscina a sfioro con zona idromassaggio molto bella e pulita. Abbiamo fatto 2 massaggi terapeutici al corpo e son stati meravigliosi. Camera nel bungalow ampia, spaziosa e luminosa.

Тихое место в будни, в выходные все номера заняты. Красиво в округе, есть, где погулять, массаж делают хорошо. Бассейн небольшой, вода выглядит чистой. Можно взять скутер на прокат за 150 тыс донгов в сутки. Персонал помогает вызвать такси. Учтите, в выходные и праздничные дни такси от Сапы в два раза дороже стоит (300 тыс донгов). Рядом есть магазинчик, где можно купить воду и газировку.

Мы бронировали делюкс бунгало - по фото он был с красивым видом на рисовые поля, но когда нас в него привели, оказалось, что все, что видно с балкончика - это дорогу и шиномонтаж (вилла 10 на сколько я помню) Мы не были на это согласны и нас увели в другой домик (в котором сразу два номера, и внутри комната хуже и меньше, чем делюкс), но вид с балкона был красивый и мы согласились там остаться, тем более другого варианта не было, хотя мы жили здесь три ночи, а все остальные приезжали на одну ночь в выходной. То есть заняты другие дома были только одну ночь. Было не приятно. Завтрак по меню (в будни) намного лучше завтрака по системе буфет. Советую ехать сюда в будний день . Если выбираете бунгало делюкс для 2х - их совсем мало (судя по общему фото) и вероятность велика, что вам заселят к шиномантажке! Еще рядом с отелем нет ресторанов и кафе в шаговой доступности, но можно есть в ресторане отеля - там в основном вьетнамская кухня.

Der Service des Personals. Es wurde sich regelmäßig über WhatsApp erkundigt ob wir noch was brauchen oder alles okay ist. Die Lage ist super, wenn man direkt ein bisschen los wandern will. In die City braucht man ca. 30 Minuten und kostet in etwa 250.000 d.

Das essen im Restaurant ist okay, aber nicht wow. In der Unterkunft sind wirklich viele Hunde, die ständig bellen und jaulen und sich untereinander Fetzen. Einer der Hunde hat uns ständig etwas am Pool geklaut.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the staff was wonderful. They were very attentive and gave us many helpful advice regarding where to visit, and how to prepare for the hike which turned out to be quite muddy. Food at the restaurant was also a great option if you don't feel like going into the town center. We used their spa service (the herbal bath and massage) a few times and it made our stay very comfortable.
