This has become our go to place to stay as we return home after traveling. It is easy access from the interstate and is quite clean and comfortable. The price value is very good. The manager who checks us in is very friendly and efficient. Bedding is quite comfortable. They have a continental breakfast available.
The upholstered chair in the room 220 needs to be cleaned or disposed of. It had some rather gross looking stains on it. So, we just didn't use it. Only a concern to let you know.

SureStay was clean & the bed was comfortable. It was in an area that felt safe. Those are the 2 things most important to me when choosing somewhere to stay. The manager at checkin & checkout was professional & friendly. The price was good & no problem with reservation through Booking.com. The $100 cash deposit was returned to me upon checkout.
None of this was a negative for me, but in case someone else needs to know, if you checkin after hours, they have an outside walk up window that may create a problem for you depending on the weather. Also, they are a little hard to find because they sit way back off the road behind other properties. Lastly, if you need USB ports, their lamps are old & do not have these ports. I always carry my own plug-in capable cord, so this wasn’t a dealbreaker for me.

It was clean, but kinda sketchy area it seemed.
Breakfast was …. Coffee like dark water, cream was spoiled. Only had yogurt, as just didn’t look fresh.

The cleanliness of the facility and how accessible it is to the stores and sites in tupelo. Right next to the highway and close to a bunch of great places to eat

It's all about the value. At this price point, what you really want is a clean room. Which exactly it was. A comfortable room which it was. functioning wireless, which it was so I would definitely stay there again.
On policy where are you supposed to give $100 security deposit and then you get it back the next day. So not everyone has $100 cash on them when they check in.

Everything was perfect. The owner was super sweet, she had a new guy she was training and was so patient with him. Great conversations with them both. It was suuuuuper clean, quiet, comfy, really convenient location, and a good price! I also put in the notes when I reserved it that I wanted the top floor, and they actually listened (every hotel I’ve reserved never look at the booking notes)! I would absolutely stay dere again!!!!

We stayed here close to Elvis's Birth place. The accommodation was well looked after. The room we had was on the third floor and looked like the owner had recently spent a lot of money updating it.

It was clean and the accomodations were ok
I was asked to leave before my reservation was over I went out on the balcony to smoke one morning because the rooms are non-smoking I had a cup with water in it to put my ashes and butts in and my mother came to get me so I sat the cup on the table inside the door and left later that afternoon when my boyfriend got off work he had to go to the office for them to let him in and the mgr seen the cup on the table and said we were smoking in the room and made us leave I'm disabled and he was very rude I told him to go look at the video from the camera it was pointed right at my room but he didn't want to hear what I was saying so we left and they probably rented the room again and got pd double for it cause I pd for 3nights 178$

the rooms are completely updated. very nice, clean, well equipped, good wifi, plenty of parking. felt safe. very quiet. will definitely stay again. also close to everything.
finding the correct place to turn onto property was a tad confusing- but no big deal.
