Staff was super nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet. Nice location. Close to several stores and restaurants. Breakfast was pretty good.

Stains on bed. Could definitely work on cleaning the he rooms a bit better.

The room was a great setup, and beds were comfortable. The lighting was great and WiFi worked well. The pool was sufficient for the kids and the breakfast was timely

There was a hugely obvious jizz spot on the curtains. The room temperature would not get below 80 degrees, which is really hot for sleeping. No one in our party slept well, if any bc of the temperature. Your staff simply said “you should’ve gotten a fan”. At $200/night, the AC should work. Come on.

The liquid soap is better than the bar soaps.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Yummy warm cookies waiting. Clean room smelled fresh. Breakfast on first stay was better than the 2nd stay. Bed on 2nd stay was more comfortable than 1st stay

Toilets need to be upgraded to chair height. Breakfast on weekend no gravy/sausage was not cooked well done. Location was just OK.

The location of the hotel is nice and the staff were accommodating. Our check-in process was smooth and the staff member we worked with got us complimentary water bottles. An appreciated touch.

We spent a large portion of our late evening killing swarms of black ants near our window sill. Our room was on the fourth floor. We informed the front desk and the response was along the lines of “they’re in my house too so there’s not much we can do”. Sounds like they spray regularly but might need to step up their extermination plan. We saw a few in the bathroom, as well. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable. I thought it was just me, but my hard-to-irritate husband also commented that he didn’t sleep well.
