The pool was nice and breakfast was good , lots of room to eat not all scrunched in like other hotels we’ve stayed at .
My husband does not know how to use the apps in a smart tv so that was kind of an issue when he wanted to watch tv

Waffles was amazing. Never had anyone make them for me. The lady was so sweet who was over the breakfast and the lady who worked the front desk was amazing!

The property was very clean. The room was very nice. The breakfast was very good.

No one was at the desk when we checked in (6:00 PM) Had to look around to find someone. They acted like it was an inconvenience.
There was lots of hair on the floor or our bathroom.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet. Nice location. Close to several stores and restaurants. Breakfast was pretty good.
Stains on bed. Could definitely work on cleaning the he rooms a bit better.

The room was a great setup, and beds were comfortable. The lighting was great and WiFi worked well. The pool was sufficient for the kids and the breakfast was timely
There was a hugely obvious jizz spot on the curtains. The room temperature would not get below 80 degrees, which is really hot for sleeping. No one in our party slept well, if any bc of the temperature. Your staff simply said “you should’ve gotten a fan”. At $200/night, the AC should work. Come on.

Guest laundry dryer didn’t work. One of our room’s toilets wouldn’t flush well.

The staff was super friendly, the hotel is in a great location and the breakfast was amazing!

took forever to check in because it was like 30 min after midnight. took forever to check out the next morning as needed to wait for another system up later than night after midnight again. silly.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Yummy warm cookies waiting. Clean room smelled fresh. Breakfast on first stay was better than the 2nd stay. Bed on 2nd stay was more comfortable than 1st stay
Toilets need to be upgraded to chair height. Breakfast on weekend no gravy/sausage was not cooked well done. Location was just OK.

The location of the hotel is nice and the staff were accommodating. Our check-in process was smooth and the staff member we worked with got us complimentary water bottles. An appreciated touch.
We spent a large portion of our late evening killing swarms of black ants near our window sill. Our room was on the fourth floor. We informed the front desk and the response was along the lines of “they’re in my house too so there’s not much we can do”. Sounds like they spray regularly but might need to step up their extermination plan. We saw a few in the bathroom, as well. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable. I thought it was just me, but my hard-to-irritate husband also commented that he didn’t sleep well.
