The pool is nice but it's shared with several other condos. The entire time we were there, it was swamped by screaming little kids, leaving us unable to use it, except for a few hours.
The large condo to the west plays VERY loud rock and roll with a screaming DJ until 6 or 7 PM.
The place was OK, but don't expect to get a lot of peace and quite, at least until high season ends.

It was a beautiful stay! The house was amazing and the pool was very refreshing.
I wasn’t happy with the late check in and early check out… it was a hefty price to pay for having to check out so early. Other then that everything was great!

Great property, well laid out. Pool is shared by 4 properties, but no issues. Family came from several locations and only can park 4 cars at house, this is city ordnance to allow room for fire equipment. This house is 7 bedrooms, does this make sense? You have to fine parking for extra vehicles.

This place was perfect for our Big Chaotic family vacation. It was just as described and everything we needed. Looking forward to returning.

We had a great time on a Labor Day. Not a far drive from the famous FloraBama and many restaurants. House was beautiful and perfect to be able to walk straight to the beach.

Making family memories
Out family had a wonderful time. Loved the pool and loved the ease of the beach within steps. My only issue with our stay was there is basically no place to grill. The property has an iron grate on an iron pole that literally would hold 4 hamburgers. This is a HUGE drawback for me and would keep me from staying there again. At this price point and knowing that over a dozen people will be staying in a house of this size why would you not have a nice gas grill. Grilling is one of our favorite things to do on our family vacation so it was a big issue with me.

Some maintenance issues upon arrival. Many burned out light bulbs that were replaced second day there. Couple drawers broken but inconsequential to stay. Shower/ tub drains slow draining. We dealt with it without notifying manny. Great house for heads in beds and floor plan. Nice to have pool sandwiched between house and beach. Trash cans pick up and there return was an issue but we dealt with that also. Like most situations there was small issues but all in all a great experience

Summer Salt West was perfect for our family Christmas get together. There was plenty of room for the 20 of us. We loved the openness, the view, the 2 refrigerators, the bunk room, and all the bathrooms. It was clean and we would definitely recommend. This is our second year staying at this beach house. The kids swam in the pool this December and the house is right on the beach for easy access. We hope to stay again next year!

What a great week at Summer Salt West. I rented this house for my kids and grandkids which was 18 people. It was perfect! Short walk to beach and swimming pool for little ones when they come off of beach. The eight bunk bed room was great for all the cousins to be in one room. House was very clean and had everything we needed. (Except kitchen trash can was missing). Every adult family had their own room and separate bathrooms. We will definitely go back. 5 Stars!

What a great week at Summer Salt West. I rented this house for my kids and grandkids which was 18 people. It was perfect! We have been going to the gulf coast at least once for over 30 years. We started with four families of Air Force friends two units or one large if we could find it. Now just us and kids and their kids and their kid. This house impressed us so much that we booked it again for next summer before we left!
