La gestione del check in è comoda, come il ritiro della chiave. La casa pur essendo piccola, è completa di ogni comfort ed è accogliente. Abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che serve per la colazione, il bagno spazioso e la camera molto grande. Davvero una piacevole esperienza, seppur breve, in quanto ci abbiamo passato una sola notte, perché di passaggio.

Appartamento accogliente e pulito, completo di tutto. Ottimo come punto di partenza per la visita della Val d'Orcia ma comodo anche per visitare San quirico.

Posizione sopra il ristorante, posti dei parcheggi che non venivano rispettati (ma quest'ultimo punto non può essere ovviamente colpa del proprietario).

Great location and near to Montalcino. Has supermarket, bakery, nice restaurants. Staff was great. They informed us for a broken cable for the internet and they kept us updated until they fixed it. Spacious room with all the relevant equipments. Big fridge and quiet area.

Ourside garden needs improvement as we thought it was someones house garden as they had boxes of tomatoes on the tables. Also we had mosquitos and we had to buy a antimosquito machine to keep them away.

The property was located in an excellent location in walking distance to the small town of San Quieico d’Orcia which is also lovely. The apartment contains everything you need for a comfortable stay and accommodated our family is 5. The hosts went above and beyond in sorting out a minor issue with the air conditioning. They were very prompt and professional at rectifying the matter. Great customer service.

Great little hostel close to town centre. Met the landlady in the local shop and she gave us a free upgrade to the newly renovated rooms.

Not sure there is anything to complain about. Perhaps a washing line to dry clothes that us peregrines have to wash.

Very nice building, whole apartment. Check in was online, which we didn't know but very friendly owner explained all to us.

We didn’t plan our trip, it was just a escape tour from big city Florence. But Orcia valley plus hot spring kept us stay. the price is reasonable, the room is really clean and has well prepared for all equipments, bed stuff and necessary snacks.

As I say we are on our random trip and didn’t prepare anything. when I book the hotel, it is nearly 6pm, I didn’t get the access permission at once and I couldn’t connect the owner’s phone! the weather is cold outside…annoying
