Nice balcony, extremely clean room, nicely organized furniture. Staff was very helpful for the hotel's parking. Some drink was provided for free at the lobby (though I'd like more variety for tea)

Room fragrance was too strong for me. I need to put the diffuser into bathroom. Breakfast facility was somewhat 5 minutes walk from the hotel itself, that was a bit annoying considering checkout and such.

Going out to other property for the breakfast on rainy morning

Our flight was delayed and we arrived 2,5 (!) hours after the official check-in time. I have been in touch several times with the staff regarding this topic and they have been really understanding and supportive. And they waited until close to midnight in order for us to still be able to access our rooms. Also, the standard of both the rooms as well as the publicly accessible spaces is really upscale and of much better quality than anticipated.

very nice hotel with cosy and clean rooms. it has very good restaurant in a touristic area with very good wine and food. breakfast serves at the same restaurant. you can have a coffee at any time in a hotel lobby.

The hotel is AMAZING! The staff is welcome and loving, we had such a wonderful experience in our night there while we were traveling through Tuscany. The hotel is extremely beautiful, we received a complimentary upgrade just 'cause we had asked for a ground room floor. The breakfast is by far the best one we've had in our ten day trip, the town is charming, and we also had a great time enjoying our complimentary wine in the hotel garden. Would definitely go back! They pay attention to every little detail. Sad to leave! Thank you so much!

Hotel is part of multiple locations within the village so easy to go for a drink or restaurant and charge it to your room. Breakfast on central location in the village, so outside the hotel but it works

Pleasant light room. Well equipped. The staff were all very nice.

The bed was memory foam and consequently rather hot. The sheets felt like nylon but I cannot be sure; they didn't feel nice to me. Finally the hotel's restaurant is a bit of a walk away and the rather limited regulated breakfast took ages to be served. The writing on the wall in my room made me queasy!

The fireplace and the jacuzzi in the suite create a very welcoming, warm and intimate atmosphere.

The suite is excellent even if some aspects of the furnishings are a slight tad tacky. The breakfast (at the otherwise very good restaurant Al Vecchio Forno) is not a luxury breakfast either in terms of food quality and variety or in terms of presentation.

- Breakfast and the waitress (but could be warmer inside :) )

- No heating at the lobby - No wi-fi upstairs - if ever will consider coming back will take into account that breakfast and check-out are located at the different spots (sometimes might be an additional burden)
