Purgatory and Durango are just so beautiful. This single room condo was all we needed to support our visit. Excellent confort of the (not cheap -we checked) pullout couch, and great orientation and access. As another reviewer said, fits the description well. Owner was very courteous and responsive, we also enjoyed the pool.

Lovely place. Just like the description says, it’s small (an efficiency) but modern and very comfortable. Murphy bed plus sofa bed are comfortable. When both are out there isn’t much floor space aside from the kitchen, but then presumably you’re using them to rest so who cares.
There is a short (5 minute) and relatively easy walk to the main lift. Would stay here again.

We love this place. Perfect for family of four. 5 minute walk to the lift, comfortable, and comes with a pool/hot tub/gym pass! David is great with communicating and was very accomodating with our schedule change. Great value. We hope to make this our annual spot.

This was a quick ski trip up to Purgatory. This is the first time that I've ever been there. Everything went very smoothly, and my Host was very helpful. Good value. I would stay here again.

The rental was as advertised. My host David was more than helpful and was a pleasure to meet and visit with. I was in town a day earlier than planned and i was able to meet with David and he was able to get me in with an added stay of course. I brought my Dual Sport motorcycle with me to ride in the mountains. The rental was perfect for my intentions. Clean and stocked with all my needs. Beautiful place hust at the beginning of fall ant the start of the million Dollar Hiway.

This property was a wonderful spot for my husband and I. I was worried about the comfort of a Murphy bed, but it was quite nice. They had lots of extras that made the property so inviting. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We would definitely stay again.

The location was very close to the slopes and resort area. The pool / hot tub passes were included which was very nice - other friends in the area had to pay extra for access. Also, the boot dryer was a NICE bonus for ski boots / gloves. Highly recommend!

The property was convenient, comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed being close to the ski area and having a quiet place to relax after a busy ski day. The boot warmer was an extra treat in the mornings!

Great condo about a quarter mile from the lifts - 5 minute walk! We were able to walk to the lifts, but for some, this would be a little far. The kitchen was stocked with bottled water and snacks, which we appreciated! The shower was amazing and bathroom was updated.
The small touches by the owner of the property made us feel at home. Thanks for the great stay!
