Great property in a great location. Everything was immaculate and well stocked. Chad was very helpful and responsive to any of our questions. Our family had a great time, and would definitely book again in the future.

It was everything we wished for and even better! Big living space with 4 bedrooms to accomodate us. Two bathrooms. A big garage and a lot of beach stuffs accessible for us to live a wonderful vacation. Location situated near everything, no need to take the car during the whole week. Near grocery, pharmacy, dollar store, liquor store… most importantly near the beach, the pier and parcs.

We had a wonderful stay in wildwood and the condo was everything and then some of what it said it would be, we had a great time enjoying family and having the space if we needed to have some down time which is important with a 21/2 year old. I would recommend Chads condo to anyone looking there were so many bikes, chairs, beach toys and all the necessities we needed inside as well.

The place was so spacious and very clean ! Close to walking to the boardwalk and beach . Chad answered all my questions promptly and was very kind . The only down side for us old folks were the beds were a little too soft . Otherwise we had a wonderful relaxing time .

The house met our needs perfectly. Plenty of space to gather together while having enough space to separate. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Well stocked. Very comfortable rental. Would highly recommend and hope to be back someday!

The house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. There were many supplies already in the home ans plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. It felt very homey and we would absolutely stay here again. The owner was responsive and even allowed us to have a lete checkout. It was a wonderful long weekend away!

This was a clean property with everything updated in the house. Lots of room and easy access to everything Wildwood has to offer. All the extras (bikes, beach chairs, etc.) were a very nice bonus. Great job setting this place up!

The condo exceeded our expectations. Very clean, well-appointed, well-stocked facility. Plenty of supplies, games, bikes and beach items. Owner was always immediately responsive before and throughout the stay. Would happily stay there again.

My family really enjoyed this home. The location was ideal. We were just blocks from the beach, grocery store, dollar stores, liquor stores, restaurants and a park. It only took minutes to get wherever we needed to go. The house was clean and modern. The bedrooms were cozy.

We rented this property for a family weekend. The house was spacious, clean, centrally located and beautiful. It was supplied with everything we needed except linens (not an issue for as as we drove there). It is just a few blocks from the beach. Plenty of parking. Definitely would stay here again.

Fresh and inviting home. Owner was very responsive. An issue with the internet company occurred and the owner was great and made sure it was resolved. Great vacation.

In general, we have good comments for the condo. It was very clean, well decorated, the air conditioning works very well. Lots of beach stuff to provide so less luggage to bring. The owner is available and responds quickly to questions and is accommodating since we were able to put our luggage in the garage while waiting for check in at 4 p.m. Only 2 downsides during our stay. We lost a beach day since the stove was not working and the owner is not local so we had to stay put waiting for the repairman. It's sad when we only rented for 7 days. The other unpleasant point is that the bbq had not been cleaned for a long time so there was a lot of food at the bottom which created big flames. It is also small for the number of people capacity for the condo. Other than that it's a great place!

The property was immaculate and very spacious. A block and a half from the beach and boardwalk. All the amenities for the house and beach are included. The immediate area isn’t the nicest, but we encountered no problems during our stay.

Family time and this place were the only bright spots of our weekend stay in wildwood, NJ. Despite the weather, we had a great time together and the house is wonderful! Thanks for allowing us the opportunity and look forward to booking again!

Very nice 4 bedroom home! Downstairs unit, was nice, easy check in and very clean! Would definitely stay again. We had a lovely girls weekend!

The house was very clean and they supplied everything we needed. Paper towels hand soaps blow dryer etc. The owner is quick to respond to questions and would definitely stay there again. Also We loved the way it was decorated very beachy.

We had a great stay at this condo. Everything was as advertised. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance and it's a great place for a family or group of friends.

The picture online does not do it justice! The inside is so beautiful and so CLEAN and well decorated. There is so much room and everything is so well taken care of. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. Chad was great to speak with and so fast in responding! It was easy to plan and I couldn’t have had a better host! Our girls weekend was beyond amazing and having this place to feel safe and home, made it extra special!!! Definitely would love to stay here again, and recommending to others. You don’t want to miss out on this rental, Trust me.

The house was in perfect condition. Very clean and the unit is stocked with the essentials that you need in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry areas. The property also has several bikes and beach chairs that made entertaining kids easier. Owner was incredibly responsive. Overall an excellent unit for a family or group with kids.

Our stay here was great! The property was very clean and exactly as pictured. The house is well-stocked with everything you could need. The location is perfect for a beach vacation. We highly recommend!

The property was just as described. The first floor layout was perfect for my 70+ mother and was very nicely appointed. We are a cooking family and the kitchen area was perfect for us. It was a ten minute walk to the boardwalk and a perfect time of year for quiet strolling. I would definitely recommend this property for any season.

This was a beautiful property that i will without a doubt book again! The property manager responds almost instantly & was so flexible with our trip!! My friends were blown away with how spacious, clean & homey it felt! Kitchen supplies were fully stocked which was fantastic!! Each room had a TV and large closets with hangers. The large deck out front was a huge plus!! there was plenty of parking in the huge garage driveway and also free parking on the street which was SO helpful! Walking distance from a fun mini golf & ice cream stand & close to so many food & liquor stores. 10/10 property!!!

Chad and Nicole's property is clean, maintained well, and up to date with modern appliances. All the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook large meals. The dining area was great and could seat over 10 people comfortable. AC worked amazing even though the weather was perfect and cool enough in the evening to sit outdoors. Check in and check out were easy. And security was easy for the doors and garage. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and toys. We highly recommend their condo. It is spacious and large enough to sleep 10 people very comfortably. The location is great, in the center of many restaurants, and plenty of to-go places too. The ACME grocer is nearby. The boardwalk and beach are just a few blocks down. On the boardwalk in one direction is the amusement park area. In the other direction is a quieter area in a more residential neighborhood. It was a great week for us! It is definitely worth going back!

We would highly recommend this house. It is beautifully decorated and super clean!! Chad was so easy to work with and even left us a bottle of wine. The kitchen has everything you would ever need and there was even coffee, spices and condiments. There was shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent. The family that lives on the top floor was so nice.. There was beach chairs and lots of sand toys. Thank you so much for renting us your beautiful home.

Great location, very clean, open, airy and low allergen. Sectional replaced with 2 cloth/comfortable sofas. Excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

The owner was incredibly nice and easy to contact. The house was very spacious and had more accommodations than we’ve ever experienced at other rentals. You can tell the owners love this property and they want their guests to love it too. We will definitely rent this house again!

My family and I had a great experience while renting this property. From the moment we expressed interest, the owner made sure to make the booking process simple and was there to help. Not only was the property clean beyond belief, it had plenty of space for everyone and was furnished wonderfully. The check in process could not have been easier or more seamless, making it even easier to drop our stuff and hit the beach! Which brings up location. You could not ask for a better spot to enjoy the Wildwood beach. A quick walk to beach, amusement, and great restaurants. I would most certainly stay here again and recommend it to all looking to visit the area.

The owners really did a beautiful job modernizing the inside of the house. It was a wonderful stay and so many amenities!
