Out stay with this provider was amazing! The house was clean and cozy. All the appliances and supplies were provided by the owner including wood and fire starters for the fireplace. All the instructions were very clear and the owner contacted us a few times to make sure everything is okay. Great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin is well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the teepee too. The yard and the views are really exceptional!

My daughter and children needed a getaway. We wanted sunshine, mountains, trees, water, adventure, relaxation and connection. We found all of those things and more at the Ridgetop property! Clean, innovatively decorated, well-appointed, well-stocked kitchen and lovely hot tub and views, we couldn't have been more happy.

Wonderful cabin! The pictures do not do it justice. Close to Sundance Mountain Resort and everything was hassle-free. Enjoyed the hot tub and cooked a bunch in the kitchen which is very well-appointed.

This was our second sisters weekend in Sundance. Last year we stayed at the resort, and this year we chose to stay nearby at the Ridgetop cabin. It was the cutest, most charming house. We enjoyed the real wood-burning fireplace and nightly soaks in the hot tub. The neighborhood is beautiful and just a short walk from the resort. Stewart Mountain Lodging was wonderful, so helpful answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend Ridgetop to anyone looking for a smaller, cozier place. We will be back!

This property was a dream! All the cozy details, fireplace, loft etc made it feel like a great cabin getaway, but was so fully stocked with thoughtful conveniences and amenities that it was just as easy as being at home. Excellent coordination with property managers and regular snow removal so we could come and go safely. We especially loved having the Christmas decorations, small touches like treats in the fridge, easy to use hot tub, a French press, lots of extra towels, great little smart tv, nice quality shower products and a very nice washer/dryer. The place was super clean, too, and just made for an even more comfortable and relaxing stay. I’d love to come back and would highly recommend!

The management company was on top of everything and had their system down. Easy to work with and the place was set up for our arrival. The kids loved the hot tub, fire and teepee. The location is great and great views. We had a planned power outage by the power company while there and management dropped off lanterns, flashlights and candles. I recommend!

We had a lovely weekend get away! My personal favorite was the personal touches; it was my birthday and they brought me brithday cake! Everything was perfect.

We loved our stay at this cabin. Our family of 4 (parents and two kids 16 and 12 yrs) did some excursions (hike to Stewart Falls, Razor off road rental from Midway, Electric bikes in Park City, and jet ski rental at Deer Creek). But we really enjoyed coming back to chill in hot tub or read on the lawn. Big plus we could bring our 2 dogs too. Only drawback was the lack of dining options. We brought food to cook a little and also planned ahead to bring dinner back from Midway/Park City on our day trips. Due to COVID restrictions, Sundance resort only allows guests and people with ticketed activities to pick up food from their restaurants. We took a ride up chair lift so we could purchase dinner one night. Overall, not a big deal. Just plan ahead. Thank you for the much needed quiet escape in a unique, beautiful place. Great family memories made:)

The cabin is adorable and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation- fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, Netflix, WiFi, grill and a tipi to top it all off. We will definitely be coming back. Wyatt was available via phone for anything we needed. Great customer service!

We were delighted with Ridgetop. It was the perfect spot to use as a home base for our stay: comfortable surroundings, stunning location, responsive hosts.

This is a great place to get away, but not too far from the city. The Teepee was fun and the hot tub was very clean. The lid was very heavy though. So we only were able to open it halfway. There are a few 7 foot+ large drop-offs down the rocky moutian side that do not have a railing or protection. I wouldn't recommend this property for people with small children.

Such a cool vibe at Sundance, everything went great!

If you are a hiker, this is centrally located to gorgeous hikes (including for experts), with the comfort of a good cocktail or fine dining five minutes away. Wyatt was my concierge, and he was an almanac of knowledge about the area. Clean, well kept place with character. Spent one night in the tipi in spite of the low temps - and it was fun! Would definitely come stay again.

We had a great stay at this cottage. Our boys loved sleeping out in the teepee and I loved sitting on the lawn taking in the beautiful sights and sounds of nature. The kitchen was ready to be used and many of the basics were there. The management team was attentive and super responsive when a light fixture shattered and needed to be cleaned up. I would highly recommend this cottage for a peaceful retreat.

We loved the house, the decor is very graphic but warm and charming, the kids bedroom was perfect, and we felt very welcome overall. The tipi was fun for the kids, they really enjoyed it. Only negative point was that the a/c was noisy but we stayed in early September and didn't really need it so it wasn't a problem for us. A very nice stay, we would happily return!

The home was very comfortable for our family of four. The kitchen was well laid out and very functional despite its small size. The main bath was a little tight for all for of us, but since we were on vacation it wasn't a big deal. We just planned a little extra time so that we could take turns getting ready in the morning. The best part of the home is the yard and front porch. Gorgeous views all around, plenty of grass for the kids to run around, an awesome little swing and of course the huge teepee. We walked to The Sundance resort and realistically it took 20 minutes down and 30 minutes back up to the cabin with munchkins in tow. There is also easy access to the Stewart Falls trail which was a surprisingly lovely hike. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return soon!

Our family of five enjoyed this charming cabin. It's hard to beat such a beautiful place -- Sundance is so peaceful. The cabin itself is rustic, yet comfortable. We enjoyed its peace and quiet. Our kids loved the hot tub! We would have loved more comfortable outdoor seating to take in the views and nature. The teepee was cute, but didn't close entirely in the front. So no one was brave enough to sleep out there. A hammock and comfortable outdoor chairs would have been nice. Perhaps some board games and/or yard games. We appreciated the fresh bread upon arrival. It was a nice start to our first Utah adventure.

Everything about this lovely house and the Stewart Mountain Lodge management services was wonderful. It served as a comfortable base of operations for a weekend full of wedding events at the nearby resort. I only wish we were able to spend more time luxuriating at the house. We (5 adults) would all consider returning for pure vacation purposes.

My husband and I splurged to have a few nights in the mountains before a conference in Salt Lake City. We do quite a bit of traveling and have stayed in some amazing places and this is one of our favorites of all time. Wyatt, who manages the property, was super cool. He hooked us up with maps and directions for a perfect hike up to Stewart Falls (which we could access by walking right out our front door). He also showed us how to access another spot (only available to renters) down the mountain next to a babbling brook with another tipi and amazing party area. He was very helpful. I am a graphic designer so I was gaga over the way this place is decorated - very graphic. I loved it. The hot tub rocked and is below the house so we felt protected. I got some great photos of the wild sunflowers growing all around the property. Beautiful. We had a hilarious experience while at the cottage. We had bought a giant homemade chocolate chip cookie to have for later and set it on the bar counter in the kitchen next to the window. A few hours later I went to get the cookie and it was gone. We were supposed to share it so I was not too happy with my husband, but he denied taking it. Next thing you know we see a little squirrel skittering around the front porch. My husband made a funny comment about the critter taking it, but the cookie was bigger than he (or she) was! I go back into the kitchen and inspect the area and see a tiny little hole in the screen. Funny thing is, there's no ledge or anywhere to perch on the outside of the window. This little squirrel must have been hanging on with his little claws nibbling away at the screen to get that giant cookie. Meanwhile my husband shouts that he found the plastic wrap in the yard. I turn around and THERE's THE SQUIRREL! Inside the house staring me down in the kitchen demanding another cookie!!! Ha ha ha! I got a blurry pic before he ran off! We closed the window and he came peeking around a few more times then we didn't see him again. Gave a great laugh!

Ridgetop Cabin was everything we needed for the perfect mountain getaway! There is so much fun to be had in the surrounding wilderness, but it was hard to leave the incredibly cozy and relaxing cabin! Here is a quick rundown on our memorable stay. First things first, the listing was spot on. The photos accurately portrayed all aspects of the property and both dwellings (cabin and tipi), and the description made it completely clear what we could expect. Before our stay, we were personally engaged by the concierge with directions and assistance on anything else we might have needed before our arrival. We didn't take them up on many of these offers (activity bookings, grocery shopping, etc.) but were pleasantly surprised, and relieved to know they had everything covered in case we needed it. When we arrived, the cabin was spotless, fully stocked with everything we needed, and the hot tub was warm. We cooked all meals for ourselves in the fully-equipped kitchen and even used the grill one night! Though there was minimal cell service (trust me, you need it) Wyatt made himself available to our every need through email (there's free wifi that always worked perfectly) and he answered any miscellaneous questions we had about activities and outings. We fly fished and hiked in the surrounding area and it was so refreshing to know we had our cozy base camp to go back to. We just felt right at home. This isn't the biggest property in the area, but it's very homey and cozy inside and you'll feel so relaxed during every minute you spend at Ridgetop. I highly recommend this property and the entire Stewart Mountain Lodging group for any Sundance getaway.

We stayed in the Ridgetop Cabin and had a wonderful time! The cabin had everything we needed including a fabulous view!! This was the perfect combination of being secluded, but having access to all of the Sundance amenities (dining, skiing, snowshoeing, yoga, spa, etc.). In fact, our favorite day was the day we stayed in by the fire, read a book and had a drink in the hot tub. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation for our anniversary. In addition, Wyatt with Stewart Mountain Lodging couldn't have been more helpful! He helped us plan the perfect trip and was always available to answer our questions. Looking forward to coming back next year!

I absolutely loved this property and will definitely stay again. The teepee is nothing less than charming and the main cabin has a wonderful use of space. The view is great and the peace and quiet was just what I needed to write. The property was immaculate with all of the needed amenities. Wyatt, the manager, was always available for any questions or help. His assistant even brought by a wonderful welcome gift on our first day! I will definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a charming and quiet getaway.

I have to admit it was the tipi that first caught my attention on this cabin even though I knew we wouldn't be able to enjoy it this stay. The cabin was perfect for what we were looking for. We needed a quiet and simple getaway. It was myself, my husband and 11 year old daughter wanting to experience winter. The cabin has a great wood burning fireplace and the hot tub was positioned perfectly to enjoy the views of the mountains. We skied, tried cross country for the first time and snowshoed until our legs couldn't take us a step further. The kitchen was small but very functional. For a small family or a couple this was perfect. We brought games to play at night because we were told there was no TV. Our daughter did take advantage of the wifi and her ipad loaded with shows and apps. Can't wait to come back for summer hikes, biking, fishing and most of all experiencing the tipi.
