Had. Wonderful stay here . Close to cove trails. Walked everyday . Nice neighborhood . Enjoyed looking at homes during walk. Close to many things I like. I love the desert and felt immediately at home . Thanks

Weather was amazing had a great time in La Quinta

The photos describing the property were obviously taken sometime ago sometime ago because the picture window to the pool for example, was open in the photos and yet the plants are now 8 feet tall covering everything. But more importantly, the property is not properly maintained. For example, the cabinet doors were hanging busted in the kitchen, door latches were secured by duck tape, the pool furniture is old and some are torn and busted. Pool is clean however, not heated, so isn’t functionable. Discarded old busted furniture laid out in the back patio! Paint peeling on some walls. The owner is a nice guy. However, he needs to spend a little money to clean up the overgrown plants, acquire some new pool furniture, batteries for the renmotes. Etc. Nothing major, but just a lot of little fixable items that would make the property much more pleasing. I was actually embarrassed to bring my wife there. Actually, I was going to call John and ask him if I could repair a few of the minor items myself. But, fortunately that didn’t happen, and we actually left a day early.

We enjoyed our stay very much. A great location, very quiet, and very comfortable.

The home was 10 minutes away from Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the Margaritaville Pickleball National Championship for this particular week. Super convenient for coming and going to the venue for participants and spectators. Many grocery outlets and restaurants close by. The pool is not useable, so don't count on swimming, but everything else was great. Property owner was easy to communicate with. Good value for price.

The house provides the comfortable atmosphere of a home, equipped with amenities necessary for a quiet family vacation.

We have been staying here for the last three years for my Husbands birthday and enjoy with our daughter and grand kids to stay with us for part of the stay. The home is clean, and the Property is kepted up with the Trees around the pool Trimmed. Owners are easy to get a hold of if you need them. Our Family loves coming to this Property. Wonderful private home in a quiet neighborhood. Having a pool skimmer on site would have allowed us to use the pool more often. Two very messy trees should be removed. Trim bushes around the patio for more comfort as well.
