House was great, kept us cool in the summer months and was clean, would stay here again.

Loved this house! Plenty of space for five adults, each with our own bedroom. It came with everything we needed to grill several times as well as cook breakfast each morning. The host was incredibly quick in responding to emails. The pool is beautiful, although the cool weather kept us from going in. We will definitely stay here again!

The kitchen needed more pots, pans, plates, utensils, cups for a house that size and you have a larger group you didn't have enough of that stuff and were washing those things all the time in the middle of cooking.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. The pool was great for us to use, and the living areas were also spacious. We would stay at this location again and recommend it to others.

The house was very comfortable and clean for 8 adults. All had their own bed to sleep and the key was 3 full baths. Pool was very nice but is not heated. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and glasses. Fridge, dishwasher and wash dryer worked well.

My family, with kids ages 3 to 13, had a blast staying here. The pool was a huge hit and the house was super comfortable. The property was well-maintained.

Great property, family time
This house was even better than I expected. Nicely appointed, great pool and enough space for the family. We were there for spring training and got to visit both stadiums. We were planning to go out to dinner on friday and ended up staying in and making a great dinner because we had so much fun. Very good property manager!

Awesome place!
We attended a national tennis tournament in Surprise and could not have stayed at a better place. The house had all the amenities we needed, and we had an amazing time. Yes, the pool is unheated but it was so warm the temp of the pool didn’t matter. All in all, it was a fabulous lace for our team.

The house is is great with, lots of room for big families. The house was clean and kept up very nicely. The pool was everything we thought it would be and really enjoyed our stay at this house. The description and pictures are exactly what you get. Very pleased with this vacation rental and would definitely stay again.

Great house with lots of helpful things included in the house! Ex: seasonings, fans, hair dryer, dish detergent, laundry detergent. Kids loved the pool even though it was chilly outside. Great layout for families!

Wonderful little vacay
We enjoyed our time here at this property. We had 4 kiddos and 2 moms that spent 90% of our time in the pool. There are some minor repairs needed to the home, but this did not affect our stay. We might be making another trip back down in the near future.

Perfect family setup
This house was perfect. My family and brothers family were able to enjoy quality time together due to the setup of the home. The open kitchen and family room were great for hanging out together along with the beautiful back yard. I would rent this house again.

An amazing place to stay
This was amazing a house to rent and stay at the whole property is perfect very clean very well keep the neighborhood is very nice with lots of shopping very close everything you could need for a stay. The pool and outside area are amazing so perfect for a 2 family get away. A pool with a water slide and a water fall perfect. The kitchen is a area big and open and everything thing to make any meal. The beds and linens were so comfortable the all felt like they were new l. Lots of extra towels and linens for everyone . Very clean top to bottom. Would definitely book again if staying in the Phoenix area

water slide makes the rental
The house was clean and well stocked. The pictures do not show outdoor furniture besides two chairs and a table but there was more. The water slide and water fall made this rental the best ever for our grand kids who are 8 and 11, and we enjoyed it also. Easy managers to work with and fit our needs very well.
