We had a great experience and had everything we needed in the condo with the best central location!

Wonderful long holiday weekend. Great location. Central to everything without the crowds! Well maintained and cared for home. Everything you need is at hand. Wonderful hosts and easy to contact. We highly recommend this location!

If you are seeing a concert at Bank of NH pavilion, look no further. Venue is a quick walk (no more then 10 minutes) on a tiny, lit path behind the motel. Steps away from a gorgeous beach with chairs provided. We were so happy we came a day early to enjoy it. Lake view from the balcony. Place was not fancy by any means but very clean and had everything you may need. We will be back!

The unit appeared to be really old and run down. The microwave did not work so some of the food we brought could not be heated up. Besides that we had a nice quiet stay.

Clean, functional, well-stocked place to stay in a great location. The beach is great: lounge chairs, charcoal grills for use. Weather was not great, so it was a disappointment that the indoor pool was not available - roof issue. This was outside the owner's control, however, so everything else worked out great. Even though the building is a bit dated, we were pleased to have a bag of coffee, lots of clean towels, easy access, and a location central to many activities: Weir's Beach, Tanger Outlets, several fun restaurants/pubs, hiking trails. The beach is right across the street; it appears the properties are owned by the same company. Would stay again.

This property is all a couple or a small family needs to enjoy the lake and all its amenities! Gloria is a super host and is very timely in her response! Clean condo and super views!

Very clean and in a very convenient location. The balcony was great to have our morning coffee and take in the lake views. We stayed during Bike Week, so being close to the road, it did get noisy at times, but that is to be expected. Would definitely stay there again.

Great spot. Views of the lake from the front deck. Conveniently located near so much. Gloria stayed in touch prior to or stay to answer any questions.

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this property this last weekend. The condo itself was a perfect size for 2-3 people and was clean and cutely decorated. The condo also offered a beautiful outdoor deck overlooking Lake Winnepesakee, which was wonderful to eat on at any time of the day. While the view is slightly obstructed by other things, you still had an awesome sight and the proximity. To the beach was very close as well. Would highlighy recommend the stay!

I booked Gloria's condo for my daughter and son-in-law to celebrate her birthday. Gloria was a great host and easy to communicate with. They enjoyed it very much and said that the condo was small, but efficient and clean. They especially enjoyed the view of the lake.

The condo was absolutely immaculate and well stocked. Comfy furniture and plenty of cookware, small appliances and dinnerware. Great view of the lake from bedroom, deck and livingroom. Excellent communication and instructions from Gloria. We look forward to staying again.

The place was just as pictured. Nice, clean and suited to our needs. The hot tub at the resort was not working which was disappointing, but we all enjoyed the pool and sightseeing. Gloria is a wonderful host. She is very kind and responded almost immediately to my messages. Wonderful weekend!

Unit smelled of DOG! Filthy white leather couch, you didn’t even want to walk around barefoot. Appliances from the 1970’s! Never a mention of a Murphy bed, they need arm pillows to fill in where the bed go against the wall so you don’t loose the pillows. Plugs with no covers! Bright porch light on, that you can’t shut off. TV hung crooked. Needs major updating! Painted brick to hold up floor shelf. Tacky interior design.

Great property and location. The coffee maker malfunctioned but other than that everything was perfect.

Grounds were beautiful. Condo perfect location for shows. Lake and pool were lovely. Enjoyed our stay tremendously!

My overall impression of this property was very good! It was a great location with a beautiful view of the lake! It was just enough space for my husband and me. Although the large leather couch seated 5 people, I don't think it would have been comfortable if our friends (a couple) had come up and stayed overnight, as I don't believe it was not a sleep sofa. The bed was softer than our bed at home but was very comfortable, and my husband and I both slept well on it. Having two TVs was a plus, as we don't always watch the same shows. The condo wasn't as updated as it looked online, but it was very cozy, comfortable and clean! The owner provided more than enough towels, toilet paper, blankets, trash bags, etc. The owner was very pleasant and extremely accommodating! We would definitely rent this place again.

The condo was perfect for what we were looking for and accurate to the description and pictures. We discovered a minor issue upon checkin and Gloria could not have been more responsive and the issue was very quickly resolved. I would definitely stay again!

Gloria’s condo was perfect for our 3 night stay to see Chris Stapleton. Short walk to venue (thank goodness in torrential downpour), enjoyed the pool, lake, and the view while drinking coffee on the balcony. Gloria answered every question promptly and the beds were very comfortable. Would stay again. Condo was clean and grounds were beautiful.

Gloria's place was perfect for our stay. Our kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool option. Having access to a private beach across the street with super convenient. We would happily stay here again if we're back up in the area!

Location is perfect, check in process super smooth, communication is great, place over-stacked with extra towels and beach gear which was nice for a beach vacation. However, the place itself is shabby, somewhat clean, but don't look under the couch! Old pull out bed gave me severe back pain and mattress smelled weird. I was hoping to get some work done, lol but the WIFI IS ABYSMAL, bring your own hotspot. The AC unit is in need of repair/replacement, because it sounds like an airplane taking off and it is right next to the poor soul trying to sleep on the flimsy pull out bed. Balcony dirty and full of spider webs and stuff that could have been easily cleaned before we came.Overall, the location is great but we shouldn't have paid this much for such a below average stay.
