The location is very convenient! Quiet, safe and close to everything. It’s about 5 minutes walk to the underground, and there’re buses just outside the building that can take you to major attractions. There’s also a big supermarket about 50m away, very convenient for grocery shopping. The room is very spacious and quite clean. Inside the building is very quiet and there are lifts you can take.

There’s no daily clean up, you need to put the garbage outside the room every night.

Perfect location 5 minute walk to Earl’s Court tube station. Great value for money, clean and comfortable, safe and great facilities for cooking, washing etc. when you consider the cost of a travelodge etc. I will definitely be using this facility again.

its like a hotel apartments fyi, the staff were very understanding and friendly, if anyone was wondering it does have an elevator haha. I honestly would stay there again if i visit london. the location was great it was like a 3 min walk from the subway.

- The location is just excellent. Everything is close by, many of which are within walking distance. These include Earl's Court tube station (a 4-minute walk), restaurants (halal, e.g., Jojo Peri Peri, and non-halal ones), grocery stores, museums, Kensington High Street, Kensington Gardens, Diana Memorial Playground, Hyde Park, and all kinds of tourist attractions. This makes it ideal for family visits. - The room came with all the needed amenities and cleaning services (prompted by your needs). - The bathroom is separated from the main room. This is really good for bathroom-sensitive members. - Items can be delivered to the accommodation. The porter stores them in the delivery room downstairs. - Miss Kudra (manager) is very kind. We were supposed to be at the airport (Terminal 3) at 6 PM. The usual checkout time is 12 PM. Miss Kudra kindly allowed us to stay until 5 PM so that we would not have to go to the airport so early. This was really helpful for us as we came with our six-year-old son.

None of these is really bad, but more so suggestions for future improvement: - The lifts (two of them) are somewhat old. Sometimes the lift would jump during elevation and descension. People with insomnia, vertigo, or claustrophobia might not have the best experience. - The floors creaked. - Initially, we felt the price was a lot. But after seeing how accessible everything is, the price is worth it.

maintenance could be improved. the small things that can make a difference. still whenever we asked for something (additional towels etc.) the response was quick and very pleasant.

Convenient location. Large supermarket nearby. Easy check-in/check-out process. Our request for quiet room was met. Reliable wi-fi. Spacious room. Dedicated workspace next to the window. Nespresso machine. Heating and hot water worked well.

Kitchen in a sad condition, Pans unusable. Shabby bathroom of questionable cleanliness (there was a bucket with a dirty mop). Washing machine without a drier but no rack for clothes. TV remote fixed with tape. Unreasonably priced.

the sofa bed (for our son) was a bit uncomfortable but manageable
