The house was beautifully renovated and super clean. Everything was so thought out from the decor to the amenities provided. There were 4 of us staying there and there was plenty of room and sleeping arrangements were comfortable. The outdoor area was also really nice, if the weather was cool we would have taken advantage of the fire pit and comfy seating! The location of the house was also perfect. It was so close to Main Street Fredericksburg, just a quick drive or uber ride away. It was also a great location for all the wineries. We did the 290 Wine Shuttle to the wineries and it was a quick 5 minute uber to get to the pick up/drop off location for that. The host, Alison, was so helpful and great with communication. She provided clear instructions for the check in process, gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and followed up before and after our stay. We were also greeted with a cute message written on the chalkboard in the entry and chips and salsa on the counter. There was a binder that had all the info you could think of from a little blurb about their family, any info about the house and your stay and places to eat and visit in Fredericksburg. You could tell they care a lot about the house and making your stay comfortable and enjoyable!

Needed a great place for a few of us to attend an opening of a restaurant. Inside of house is very cool and clean. Give it a try.

I was traveling to the area with my grown daughters and their husbands to attend a family event. We were not able to check in until after the event was over--a little after 11 pm. However, the check in process was simple and was explained well in text the homeowner sent. Everything was very clean and spacious enough for five adults. We loved the chips and salsa awaiting us! I would highly recommend to anyone.

We had 4 out of 6 sisters present. The house was perfect. We found everything we needed and more. We will be pleased to come again sometime in the furture since we only come together like this once a year. Thank you for opening your home to us.

My husband and I stayed here along with 2 other couples and it was amazing. The house looks even better in person than in the pictures posted online. Communication with Alison was excellent. She was in touch before, during and after our visit. We loved this home and plan to stay here again while visiting Fredericksburg.

This property has super thoughtful details including a snack to welcome us! Very spacious & roomy common areas & the beds were very comfy! We sipped coffee in the morning at the outdoor patio table & it was a lovely quiet neighborhood. The owner is very communicative & it made check in a breeze. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This was the perfect spot for a reunion of 3 college friends! The house was immaculate, and the decor was a lovely farmhouse modern. Lots of little touches to help guests feel right at home! The backyard was great too altho we didn't use it - but patio furniture and a grill would come in handy if inclined to cook. Speaking of cooking - the owner left a welcome gift of a dozen farm fresh eggs and some chips and salsa for us to share. I can't say enough about this house - I definitely recommend it and I plan to stay again on my next trip to Fred!
