The property was lovely, perfect for our family. Loved that every bedrooom had its own bath. The place was clean and well kept, kitchen could have used a couple of extra things. The pool was perfect and refreshing after several hours on the beach. Location was great, only a couple of blocks from the beach. Did have to hike about 1/2 mile to find open beach that wasn't reserved for resorts. We had a wonderful time and made many memories. I would go back in a second!!

This home was exactly as pictured. Modern, spacious and cute! Wish we had more time here. easy 5 minute walk to beach pool and hottub were great. Wish they supplied beach towels but everything was perfect

The house was perfect for the 7 families that stayed here. The house was just as it was listed and so close to the beach, shopping, and eating. We absolutely enjoyed the house, pool, and hot tub. Definitely will come back again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the home, pool , and hot-tub. Also enjoyed the electronic games and books which were provided to make our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, it was a great stay! The bathroom sink leaked but maintenance came and fixed it, then one of the bathroom showers faucets broke off. The hot tub was either too hot to get in or too cold, and we weren’t able to mess with the temperature. Plenty of parking, which was nice with our big family. Golf cart was nice to have but parking was hard to find by the beach. Somehow another golf cart showed up so we had two to use. The house was overalls really nice and comfortable for suck lo a big crowd. Would definitely stay again!

We had the most amazing stay at King’s Castle! The property was absolutely perfect for our large family. The proximity to the beach, the golf cart, the fabulous pool/hot tub, the living space, the use of beach chairs and wagon…I could go on and on. We had the best time and had no issues whatsoever during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone that needs a place to accommodate a large group. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with our family.

The house was really nice and spacious with everything we needed. Loved having 2 bedrooms on the main level. Kitchen was really well equipped. Our main problems were there were some issue with the shower fixtures that were broken. They are evidently cheap fixtures that do not holdup. Really aggravating. Also, the dishwasher was in disrepair. The door was evidently had been pushed down and allowed the bottom rack to drop when opened. There were a few other issues, but maintenance was able to take care of them.

This house is close to the beach and could fit as many as it says as well as possibly more but the HOH does not allow them to. The beach that they state is close is only approx. 20 X 30 area. Hotels on each side of this beach put up ropes saying private beach for their guest. Between all the VRBO's or little homes around your lucky if you get a spot. This home did not have any condiments what so ever. Not even Salt or pepper. You are given only one garbage sack and all garbage has to be in a sack and tied before throwing in the can. Also many essentials that you need to cook with were not there. It was not as clean as I thought it should be. I swept the first night we were there and I am sure the cleaning people didn't sweep the stairs or around with the last guest that was in front of us. The couch was broken when we sat down first night. Someone had tired to prop it up on wood to make it look like it was fine. My son-in-law had to go buy equipment and supplies to fix it so that we could use it while we were staying there. Luckily thats what he does and is very handy like that. The pool was well accessed by the children. Their deck out back needs to be resealed and is in bad shape. A board is warped and bent up and not hooked in on the end anymore. Slivers were dug out of several feet. Needs some love and care from owners. Pool table can't really play Not enough room due to walls etc for cues. We had to buy a few cues to even try to play.
