The Don and Felice welcoming started shortly after our booking. The personal welcome call they made provided an opportunity for any newcomer to Fenwick to learn about Fenwick and ask any questions to help make your upcoming stay pleasure about. They were very accommodating to our needs and hopefully will have the opportunity to stay in their home again!!

The house was absolutely perfect for our group! It was so clean, had everything we needed and more, and is beautifully decorated! Highly recommend staying at 503 Glenn Ave!!

This was our first stay at Fenwick Island and we are now making it an annual trip. Loved the area, SO much quieter than OC yet just a 20 min drive to the boardwalk. The house was very cozy and clean and the amenities were great! We took the kayak out, had multiple days at the beach, and enjoyed the backyard/dock area. The host was very quick to respond to any requests/issues and you can tell the house was renovated and details were thought through (the separate ice machine was brilliant!!). You will not regret booking this place!

This was our third time staying at this home. The house is always impeccably clean and accommodated our two families very comfortably. Short walk to the beach and restaurants / shops. We had some relaxing evenings sitting on the deck or having coffee in the AM. Don is always kind and prompt. We already booked our next stay, and can’t wait to come back!

From the moment of check in to our last minutes of check out everything was simply amazing. The home that Don & Felice have created is just beautiful. Every room is furnished with a coastal vibe and extremely clean! The kitchen is a dream to cook and entertain in having every item a home cook could ask for. The short walk to the beach was very easy, but there is a parking permit in case you want to drive over. This was especially helpful for us since we have a special needs child and some elderly house guests. Don goes above and beyond to make his guests comfortable even going as far as to send us an iron & ironing board! Now future guests have it to use! Don provides his guests with beach chairs, a large beach umbrella and even a wagon to transport it all to the beach. The entire Fenwick area is a dream. We enjoyed every sunrise and sunset, wonderful dinners at great restaurants, bike riding, kayaking, relaxing on the deck, and plenty of family time. We loved it so much we have already booked our 2023 stay and we are counting down the weeks. You will NOT be disappointed at 503 Glenn Ave!

This was our second time staying at this home. Not only is it incredibly clean and child friendly, but it is also so beautifully decorated. The owners were absolutely lovely to work with as well. We look forward to returning again!

Lovely, spacious home for a family gathering. Very clean, well furnished modern kitchen. Looks over a canal on Fenwick Island. Conveniently located within walking distance of beach, close to several areas with nature trails & also shops. A perfect place to enjoy a family gathering.

Our Fenwick vacation with our grown daughters and families could not have been any more perfect! Don and Felice provide ample beach house accommodations that surpassed our expectations. The location was perfect for walking and biking to the beach, restaurants, and stores. We plan to come back next year!

I have been coming to Fenwick for the last 33 years and we enjoy trying new properties. This was definitely one of the best. Very spacious, open-concept living with a perfect kitchen made it very easy for all 8 of us to be together without feeling cramped. Couches were very comfortable, showers were wonderful, the second fridge in the basement was a nice surprise, and the ice maker was a difference-maker for sure. Everything was like new and the entire house was very clean and inviting. I would highly recommend.

The best kitchen, fully stocked with every utensil and type of pan. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Great water pressure in showers. Had everything you need for the beach including a wagon to get you there. Great spot on Assawoman Bay to go crabbing.

We had a great trip with our family. The house is very comfortable for our four families (our three daughters and families) and in a great location. We cooked in due to the four grandkids and the kitchen was awesome. Loveeee that island and enjoyed the sun room in the early Am with a cup of coffee.

Our trip to Fenwick was amazing. The Goodwin Getaway had something for everyone. The beach was convenient to get to, kayaking and crabbing right from our personal dock was awesome, and shopping and restaurants were accessible without having to travel through the congestion of OC. My teenage son loved the ping pong table in the basement, the dining room table was wonderful for playing games, and the kitchen had everything needed for easily cooking a group meal. The house was beautiful AND comfortable. It was the perfect setup for a family trip!

This property is very special in so many respects. It is located directly on a canal leading to the Bay. The house itself is open and airy with a very modern kitchen. It is immaculate. Everything operates perfectly. The owner communicates very easily and offers assistance as is necessary. The neighbourhood is quiet and serene. It is merely a 5 minute walk to the very large beach. This is one of those special places where you simply do not want to leave. The nearby My Harvest restaurant is very very special.

We loved this house in Fenwick Island. Our family travelled with young children for Spring Break. House was recently renovated and has a fully-stocked kitchen, plenty of games and puzzles, and some neat toys for the kids. We enjoyed taking the kayak (provided) and stand-up paddleboard (ours) out on the canal. House is a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and a quick drive to Ocean City restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and texted during the stay to make sure we were able to find everything we needed.
