The house is clean and spacious and huge. Easy communication with owner, check in, etc. Everything works great. We loved the multiple hang out spaces-- having three kitchens, living rooms, decks, etc and the short walk to the beach. Loved that there are bikes and boogey boards and a beach cart. Location is right on Coastal Highway, which is a busy road. Plenty of parking. Another major plus was an elevator for the grandparents. Great for our multi-generational get together.

This property is beautiful! Everything you could possibly need for a week at the Ocean was there! Even BIKES!! The Hot Tub is amazing. Parking was Great! The main floor dining area has a table that accommodated our 15-person family plus 2 friends. Crabs and Games were totally enjoyed there. The elevator makes moving in and out a breeze! Communication with the owner was so friendly. We have already booked our next year trip!

Great house for multiple families. There was a large wonderful communal area and plenty of privacy, when needed. Easy access to the beach. Fun for all of us.

We had a family reunion for my Dads memorial. The house layout allowed for sll of us to be together in the top floor great room while the rest of the house allowed space for each family unit to chill if they wanted to get away. And 3 kitchens was amazing to have. Everything was well stocked and in great condition. Location couldn’t be better!!

We had a beautiful stay at this house. It accommodated all of our family. It was a great area, right near the beach. The place was clean and orderly and the hot tub was great!

We stayed at the house for a long weekend to celebrate the mutual birthday for me and my brother with some of our family. We had a great time. The house is extraordinary. Easily comfortable for 3 full sized families, and able to be quarantined off to provide privacy with a great mingling area on the top floor. 3 full sized kitchens, huge hot tub. Right by the beach and located in a nice, clean, and quiet location. Mike the host was a pleasure to deal with, answering lots of my questions until I found the house guide which had most of them answered (my oversight!). The carpet had been professionally cleaned and the house was in great shape. Would highly recommend, especially for large families!

The place was awesome, and everyone had plenty of space. We had a soccer tourney at Northside Park, so it wasn't far from anything that we needed. The place was clean, and was missing nothing. Would love to check it out in the summer time. Thanks for letting us stay there!

The owners of this beautiful home clearly take a lot of pride in providing a hassle-free experience with one-of-a-kind accommodations for an extended, family gathering. There is plenty of room to spread out, while also offering ample space to convene together when we wanted. Close to the beach and shopping, this is an excellent location. An sincere thanks to Mike and Michelle for working with us on a last-minute stay, which provided us memories for life.

Our stay was amazing! The house was perfect for our large group. The beach access was less than a 2 min walk. The garage was equipped with all of the beach accessories that would could possibly need. We will definitely return next year!

Multiple generations ages 1 to 96 gathered at this beautiful beach house in Fenwick Island. My 96 year old mom enjoyed having her kids, grandkids and greatgrands together for a week making memories. The 31 of us enjoyed the short walks to the uncrowded beach, ice cream, resturants, mini golf and stores. We were able to gather as a family for meals and games in the huge room upstairs but also had the lower areas for some quieter times. So many extras, hot tub, pool table, and having the 11 bedrooms was perfect for our large group. The owners Mike and Michelle are awesome to work with. We hope to plan another one in a few years and cannot wait to come back.

Our large and growing family has been enjoying a beach vacation together every summer for over 35 years. This summer, for the first time, we chose this beautiful home in Fenwick Island. The highlight of our vacation this year was this fabulous house! Well-kept. Large – lots of beds and bathrooms. So much space to spread out. A few of us had to work during the week and there were lots of choices throughout the house to find some private space. Beach chairs, bikes, and a beach cart included! Comfortable. Clean. Ample parking. We can’t say enough. This was the best decision we ever made! We were concerned that we would miss staying in Bethany – where we have always stayed in the past. But quite the opposite, we discovered what a hidden gem Fenwick Island truly is! We could walk to ice cream, the fabulous water park and mini golf, restaurants, t-shirt stores, and convenience stores without having to worry about the hassle of parking! The beach is private and quiet with a lifeguard who kindly offers to transport those who have trouble walking to the beach in a jeep!! Mike and Michelle are responsive, thoughtful, and caring. We feel so fortunate to have found this house. There were seriously zero issues! HIGHLY recommend.

The house was a perfect day for our yearly family beach trip. Plenty of space a beautifully decorated! Will be staying there again next year! Mike was very responsive and great to work with.

We are a family of 21, ranging from 10 months to 81 years old and from different parts of the globe—from London UK to Silicon Valley. We absolutely loved this house. The space was more than ample for our big family. We loved how different segments could stay in separate suites! The three kitchens allowed for a lot of latitude, freedom, and storage space. The beach was lovely, close-by, with excellent lifeguards, and the shore is not remotely as populated as Bethany or Ocean City. In short, it’s a perfect family home, well-appointed and immaculate, with large entertainment spaces. Michelle and Mike Stacks were friendly and at the ready for any circumstance that arose during our week’s stay. They also gave us excellent advice about nearby services. We would recommend this house wholeheartedly! And we certainly will come back.

Convenient, beautifully decorated, well-supplied - kitchen utensils, TV’s, board games, sound system, wine fridge and more. The three separate apartments afforded privacy when needed and the largest area let us all be together for meals, bingo, limbo, and lots of family time and laughter. My family was very concerned regarding the cleanliness of the property. There was animal food on the patio and in one of the beds. Two of the bathrooms were not clean....obviously not clean. We could not use the hot tub, grill, or outdoor shower because they weren’t clean. It appears as if the cleaning is left to the standards of previous guests. My sister has cancer and I have an autoimmune disorder so the cleanliness of the house was extremely important; this in addition to our dad’s chronic health problems. We started our vacation buying cleaning products and cleaning. I was the target for my disgruntled family. I sent photos and a video of some of the concerns to the owner and after a lengthy discussion it was clear to me that the concerning video and photos were minimized. The house had an elevator that really helped with my disabled father’s mobility and it is very spacious. Michelle spoke with me promptly about my concerns but It wasn’t acceptable to my family that housekeeping come back the next day to address concerns while we occupied the house. The description indicated that the house had been freshly painted and that was our expectation; it was clear that the fresh paint was done quite a while ago. We booked based on the listing of cleanliness first for our health concerns, then the elevator for accommodations and proximity to the beach. We wanted to grill and use the hot tube but could see they needed suitable cleaning prior to them. Instead, we enjoyed Ocean City, the beach and each other. The house is beautiful but that was obscured by the lack of cleanliness.

This place was beyond expectations we had a large group stay here to celebrate my friends 30th birthday and it accommodated all the people and there were 3 large areas so you can easily watch a movie in one play pool in one and not hear each other which was so nice. We also enjoyed the large living area on the top floor where we all could be at once to make dinner lunch or breakfast together. We wanted to book again but the date we wanted was taken so we will be looking to book this place again in the future. THe owners were also super helpful and responsive when I had questions! The home was very well equipped with all your kitchen needs and also was extremely roomy for our group of 20! The kitchen and living room area on the third floor is huge. Even bigger than the pictures suggest. My group was initially hesitant on the 3 unit concept being used as one big house, but once the lock off doors were propped open, it really just felt like one big house. The owners were also very attentive to my texts and emails.

The property could not be more perfect for multiple families! There is plenty of room for togetherness and group gathering and individual family quiet time. The proximity to beach, bay, restaurants and shopping is ideal. We will definitely rent again!

We were looking for a last-minute offseason getaway over MLK weekend and found this house. The owners were incredibly easy to deal with and very accommodating to our needs. The house was huge; it's really three houses within one roof, as each set of bedrooms has their own kitchen and living room area. We'd certainly come back here!

We had great time with family! Island Time accommodated our large family very well! Walking distance to the beach. Close to shopping and entertainment venues. I would recommend this place to anyone! It was a great time had by all! The owners were very nice people!

Our family had a wonderful time at this house. The house is large, well equipped, clean, well decorated and very comfortable. We were there in cold weather and loved having the fireplaces as we watched Sunday football on the large screen televisions. We spent a lot of time cooking large family dinners and having three kitchens was an awesome way to make sure our early Thanksgiving dinner came together perfectly. The owners are very responsive and kind. The location is awesome and we loved taking long walks through the Delaware neighborhoods. The elevator in the house was great for our 80+ year old parents so they didn’t have to negotiate the stairs. There is plenty of parking. We really just loved everything about our stay at this home and can’t wait to come back again soon. Great place to build wonderful memories!

This was the perfect spot for our large family to get to gether for Thanksgiving The house was very clean and well equipped. The owners were very responsive when we had questions about the bedroom locations. Fenwick has many good Restaurants. That was a bonus.

The house was huge and comfortably fit our group of 18 with extra room to spare. The location is right on coastal highway and just one block from the beach. The owner was very responsive and communicated with us several times in advance of the stay to coordinate various details. Would highly recommend this property!
