the location and coziness. there are washing machines for plates and clothing. it is also quiet warm for winter times. location is very good! no interaction with owners.

Unlike most accomodations, this one lacked a book that discussed features and in-house routines. A small oversight.

I loved the style of the flat, it was super modern, very clean and well decorated, plus the bed was super comfortable.

Great location - perfect for everything. Spacious apartment in quiet area. Very responsive owner - literally called me within a few minutes of my emailing with a problem. Could easily have gotten a much higher score if not for the mounting niggles.

All relatively small stuff, but together this felt like an unloved apartment. I gather that the apartment is looked after by a manager in the building so not sure why some basic stuff seemed missing. - The somewhat irritating Treasure hunt approach to getting the key. The messiest arrangement and timings I have ever encountered. They worked, but were unnecessarily complicated. - The shower drains so slowly that the bathroom floods every time you take a shower. Mopping up the floor after a shower isn't great. - The lack of instructions for the washer/dryer (and putting instruction booklets on the top shelf of the cupboard so that you had to look for them from the stairs - only a giant could reach) - No welcome pack with information about the local area or issues around the apartment management - the first time I have ever stayed in an apartment without a welcome pack (and with missing instructions) - Broken dishwasher. Or according to the host one that neither we nor the previous guest could fathom. We inherited a load of dirty dishes in the dishwasher and despite many attempts, could not get it to work. Our question was, why didn't the cleaner sort it before we arrived? - smashed wine glass put back in the cupboard - Poor lighting on the mezzanine - hard to put stuff away

Location perfect, facilities OK.

Dirty,dirty and so dirty. Bad smell, like rancid oil when you come inside. We found full dishing machine with dirty dishes. Bed sheets had also some very bad smell.Lower sheet was full of some stain-spots. In such flat we couldn’t eat anything. Fridge seemed that wasn’t cleaned for a months. Carpets were not vacuumed and were full of hair and crumbs. Very dirty overall!

Curtains did not cover windows so very bright early morning.

Location is good. Clean, easy check-in. I travel with a baby, so it good enough, baby no complain:)

If over 26 degree, the room is so warm, even at night. So need to keep window open, then so much traffic noise until 1oclock, but if close the window is half less noisy. Everything is clean :) except the ventilation over kitchen. So much dust there, we didn't dare to turn it on.

Great location- close to ferry (how we arrived), central station (how we departed), restaurants, and full city exploration! Attractive design, great shower, and nice view!

Key pick up and drop off was a little inconvenient, but ok. Don't recycle the envelope for the key like we did or you'll have to find and purchase a new one in order to return the key!

The place is worn-out: Kitchen poorly equipped, extractor not working, 1 chair missing to eat, sofa very uncomfortable, fridge full of ice, TV remote c not working. Very bad value for money. It's very impersonal.

The property was very central and easy to get around. It was also very cosy and neat.

The property lacked some amenities (e.g. tea, shower gel, etc) and the place was quite warm (even with the windows open).

All necessary cookware for self-catering, clean and comfortable, great location.

We were arranged to move to the new room in the next building that we were not booked for due to the problem of the heater. The room that we got was worse than the one we booked for and we have charged full price. We got room called prinsens gate 10 which is much cheaper if you compared. I tried to complain to the owner but he said ther are the same price. Very unfair.

Receiving the room key was a problem.

Incredible location, very central with the ability to walk to any point in the city. Amazing apartment, perfect for a weekend trip away.

Name on the envelope was wrong. Had to talk to the store clerk for 10 min to be able to convince him that the booking was made though us.

The apartment was exactly as shown on the booking website. We collected the key a few hours before our check-in time from Karl Johans Gate convenience store. I like the cleanliness of the apartment and the location which is close to Karl Johans gate.

We couldn't connect to the TV channel and Youtube had intermittent internet connection issues.
