Beautiful outlook, incredible service from staff including wonderful welcome pack with cocktail, sparkling wine, nibbles and gorgeous room. Friendly staff attentive to all needs and regularly from both reception, bar area, breakfast service and transfer.

A little bit of a walk uphill to the main area of oia but beautiful serene location more than makes up for this.

Not on caldera side. Espresso from coffee machine at breakfast is just a long coffee in a small quantity (though you can use an excellent Illy machine in the room)

It was super amazing hotel. very calm with quite friendly stuffs. even without our request as they had availability in their rooms they upgraded us automatically to one of their premium rooms with private court to the pool. In our arrival also they welcomed us very friendly by offering different drinks and hotel tour. The stuff were super responsive for any request. recommend absolutely.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was great, and the view was beautiful. We liked that it was quiet and private even though everything was close by.

The water at the restaurant cost us 15Euros where the milk and water at the bar didn't cost us anything. This is the bit we were confused about. We loved the food but wished there were more options especially for dinner. We would have loved to try some Greek dishes.

Breakfast was fantastic - great choices of fresh fruits, continental or cooked breakfast. Coffee was lovely and staff were always so friendly. We loved the location and could walk everywhere and the lovely winery nearby too

too much stairs 😜 door knob of the bathroom was not working. I was locked in and good thing my husband was in the room to open the door. We had to leave the door open. The wash sink table is tilted. Water flows down to the floor.

Staff was phenomenal. Seriously catered to our every need. Facilities were so peaceful and beautiful. Room was great.

Our only complaint was the location. We knew it was slightly outside the main part of Oia, but it really is a good 20-30 minute walk, and part of that is up a very steep hill. If you are an out of shape, 40-something American, this may not be for you if you plan to walk everywhere like we did. Also be aware that the walk is on well-traveled roads with no sidewalks.

We stayed here in October as a group of 6 adults. Service from the staff was unlike anything we have experienced at another hotel, so friendly and welcoming. On our first day we were welcomed by Alex who walked us round the hotel explaining everything about the island and giving us some great tips on what to do and see. Breakfast was a great choice and you could even order options from a menu which was made fresh to order. Rooms were very clean and had great amenities We would definitely recommend this hotel to any friends or family looking to stay in Santorini

The appearance and decor

The road running alongside the hotel can be noisy at times from local bikes and quad bikes as it is often used as a “rat run” between main roads. Also we heard neighbours or public shouting and making a lot of noise at 1:00 am. There were also green and blue lights in the room which I couldn’t switch off but made the room very bright when the lights were switched off.

this is a beautiful property with simply wonderful staff. every interaction is friendly and efficient. the rooms are lovely, the breakfasts are fantastic.

Not anything we did not like

Everything was finished to a very high standard, the staff went above and beyond to give us recommendations and help to arrange car hire to get us around the island. The hotel was a small walk from the main town, but had a great sea view and you can watch the sunset from your room which is great, as Oia is very busy.

To arrange a transfer they quoted twice the price of a regular taxi, which seemed a little steep. it’s easier to get an Uber if you can.

Our pool room was constantly in the shade which made the pool and garden unusable - would recommend the hot tub rooms instead which we did for the first 2 days
