Localisation was perfect

quality of customer service, and checking all stuff is working before customer come. Not fully clean house..

The villa is in a very peaceful location and about a stone’s throw from Faros beach. This provides lovely water for swimming and is shallow with sand underfoot quite far out making it perfect for kids. The beach itself never seems to get too busy and often we found only a few people there. The villa has a good sized pool and a lovely areas for sitting out including a roof top balcony on the 3rd floor which gives amazing views out over the sea and surrounding area during the day and at night. The air conditioning means one never get’s too hot when inside. We liked the local village of Kiti, a few kilometres away, where we had a lovely meal. It also has a decent sized supermarket which we found was good for stocking up on food. Generally we found the villa was very well located and we were able to get onto to larger roads fairly quickly, allowing us to explore the island.

There was a problem opening the barrier at the gate to the estate, even after the phone call, we were not able to open it; The host didn't have a fluent command of English. It was not a big problem, though, we parked just outside the estate
