It was easy to obtain the keys from the key safe outside on arrival, the villa is large and has a beautiful private pool and outside space, the views over the resort and sea are wonderful.

The code for the key safe wasn't sent until I was at the airport, which was anxiety making, due to checking in on a Saturday after 3 pm we were asked to present our passports at the Sonne Villas office early on Monday morning, the office was not 'a few minutes walk' as we were told, it was a 30 minute walk up a steep hill and difficult to find. We had some issues with the air conditioning in the first few days, this was rectified mid stay, the shower in the down stairs bathroom leaked badly and this wasn't attended to.

Quiet location, walking distance to the beach, kitchen well equipped, all clean, great customer service as well.

The villa had everything you needed for a great stay. Plenty of cooking utilities. Lovely clean pool and sun beds.plenty enough hot water for showers for everyone. Spacious villa.location was great.Wifi signal in villa very good. Air con in all rooms.very friendly and helpful staff.easy check in.

Hard mattresses on some of the beds

Felt spacious and had what you need. Clean sheets and towels every few days and mid stay clean.

Beds quite uncomfortable apart from master bedroom Had a few issues with aircon in first few days.
