Great property in a great location. Loved walking to the pier everyday. Having the Jacuzzi at night to relax in after being on the beach was wonderful. It was a nice relaxing trip.

The beds were wonderful, the location can't be beat. Everything we needed was handy and it didn't hurt the weather was perfect. We'll be back for our 16th trip!

We spent our Thanksgiving Break in BCE 12B. It was amazing. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Our teenage boys loved the Xbox and the available games. The furniture was nice and new. We had plenty of pots, pans and dishes to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal. We can't wait to come back! We HIGHLY recommend getting up early to see the sunrise from the balcony. It is so worth it!

Amazing condo with even better views! I forgot beach toys for my kids with flying, and was pleasantly surprised to find everything we needed for the beach with kids. A wagon, toys, bags for collecting shells, chairs, etc. although the complimentary chair and umbrella set up by the rental company was amazing also! Scott was great to work with. Very attentive and always responded quickly with any questions I had. The owners have thought of everything you may need and provided it. Definitely the best put together condo we’ve stayed at on the beach! Our whole family enjoyed our stay. I would recommend to anyone, and would stay again!

This condo is in the perfect location with a great view. We stay in Navarre yearly and this has been our best experience so far. Will stay here again!

We loved everything about our stay!! The pictures don’t do it justice! Everything was so clean with nice updated appliances. Extra little things in the kitchen like pizza pans, a blender, and a keurig coffee pot were a sweet bonus. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 with one being a power wheelchair user.

Loved the layout of this unit! Plenty of room for eating, sleeping, reading, watching TV and hanging out on the balcony (favorite pastime when not on the beach). The storage unit had everything we needed for hunting and collecting shells, as well as chairs, sand toys, and a beach dolly for carting stuff to the beach. We are headed home feeling very relaxed! 😃

Great location to chill, condo just as described. Lots of kitchen utensils pots and pans to cook. Pool was amazing and other guests were very friendly.

Communication with Scott was very easy and prompt. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This was a beautiful place and clean condo, bed was extremely uncomfortable as well as all the furniture. Dining chairs seats weren't attached so would fall off. Recliner is broken and leans to 1 side. Couch broken down in middle and patio furniture was pvc pipe furniture. The view is gorgeous but think it is overpriced personally. The deadbolt was broken which was a little uncomfortable considering the code could have been used by multiple people. Chairs and umbrella was included in condo rent however we didn't get any priority, they leave a few chairs "unmarked" and if you get down there by 630am you may get a place by water, however if enough paying people reserve chairs you get pushed to 2nd or 3rd row no matter what time you go down to the beach. Was prettiest water we've ever seen but not our kinda place. We like simpler and not having to fight to sit by the water

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was great, and had great amenities. My family and I had a great time. My only downfall was the chairs on the beach. If you want to get on the front row by the water, you have to reserve and pay ahead of time. If you stick with just the complimentary chairs and umbrella, you will not be on the first row.

Our stay was wonderful. The owner was quick to respond and helpful when we had a question. Condo was very nice and updated.

We LOVED our stay at beach colony east. The only hiccup was the complimentary beach set up. You had to be down there early to get a set up. You can't reserve it for the week and would not let me reserve on phone...had to see attendant to make arrangements. We only utlized them 2 or 3 of 7 days. Who wants to get up early on vacaton?

This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. The weather was great, the accommodations were great, and we spent a week with our daughter, SIL, and grandson. It was great. The only negative was a fire alarm that went off solid one night from 9:00 p.m. until about 10:15 p.m., and then sporadically from that point until just before midnight. We called our VRBO owner, and he contacted the HOA. I don’t believe there was anything more he could have done, but it was frustrating given that we had a 3YO trying to sleep. Other than that, a 10!

This place is perfect. We will definitely be back. Plenty of space. Updated. Clean. Has everything. Blankets and plenty of necessities for a cook. There is no suggestions here. It was perfect.

Awesome unit with a amazing view. We have stayed at Beach Colony in several units, but this one is great with unexpected privacy on the porch to just enjoy the amazing view of the gulf, the pier, all the way up the beach to Ft Walton and beyone.

This is our second time to stay in Scott and Dana’s lovely condo! Always a delight! Best hosts ever! Where do I start? The condo is spotless! It is well decorated and has all the amenities you could need! They have all the cookware and serving supplies. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of extra blankets and pillows! Two large bathrooms were just right for our family of five. We have 3 teens so we needed them! Normally I am not a bath person, but the jetted tub is so clean and relaxing. The water pressure in the showers is incredible! I am not kidding! I love that there were brooms and a vacuum cleaner. There were clothing racks also for air drying. Oh and a clothes basket! The balcony has a majestic view of the ocean and the pier with a table and lounge chairs! There are plenty of towels. Do bring your own beach towels though, theirs are too nice for the pool and the beach! Speaking of the beach and pool! Huge pool! The condo has a closet full of beach toys and body boards to use! As well as a few chairs and an umbrella! It also comes with chair service. Get to the beach early to grab a prime set of chairs and umbrella! Best to bring your own floaties, inner tubes, and air pump. One other thing I would bring with next time is a pitcher with water filter. If you are picky about water flavor like we are. These are just things that I would bring for my convenience. Scott provides excellent communication and recommendations. We love 12B!

I loved the condo! Very clean! The beds are very comfortable. I spent alot of time on the balcony. I seen dolphins jumping out of the water & I'm pretty sure I seen a stingray! I would love to stay there again. When we got there one of the smoke detectors was beeping. I called Mr. Hill & he came right over & fixed it. I had friends with me & one of them is handicap. His wife asked Mr. Hill if he had a small step stool to help get her husband into bed & a chair for the shower. He brought in a small toolbox for her to use & then he went & bought a chair for the shower & brought it the next morning. Mr. Hill didn't have to do that but he did. We really appreciated that he helped us. If I had any questions all I had to do was message him & he answered me. I want to come back! Thank you again Mr. Hill!!

Beautiful property! Our family of 4 had plenty of room in this amazing condo. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We will be visiting Navarre again.
