This house was great for our short stay. The property was clean and the hot tub was a great way to relax with my family in the evening. It was the perfect location for all of the things we wanted to do!

A number of small touches made it a truly an enjoyable stay. Dimmers on most of the lighting were especially handy.The location was excellent too.

Great cozy home that suited our hiking needs. Nice, clean, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and eating area. The backyard was perfect for relaxing with a view of Pikes Peak and Manitou Incline. Will visit again!

Comfortable property located close to everything fun in the area!

This was a great property in a highly convenient location. Close to a grocery store, Starbucks, gas stations, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs for the Incline and Pike's Peak. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The hot tub was clean and very much appreciated after hiking!

My husband and our two kids (9 & 7) had a great few days at this home. It was in a great location to all the outdoor places we wanted to visit in colorado springs. Additionally, a great grocery store just down the road. We enjoyed the hot tub and the cozy house. Everything we expected!

Everything was as pictured and we had everything we needed for our short stay. We didn't use the small bedroom, but the king bed in the master bedroom was super comfy!

The neighbor is friendly and helpful. The hot tub is on a quiet street. The bed was the most comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. All around great place. Maybe take some extra towels to accommodate a family of 4 taking showers and getting in and out of the hot tub. Definitely recommend!

Great house in a nice central location to all the sites. Super close the the back entrance to Garden of the Gods which is nice because of contraction at the main entrance. Communication was always quick and helpful. House had everything you could need for your stay.

The house was lovely and so comfortable. The location was great to see all the many sights in the area. There wasn’t anything we needed when we arrived. The rabbits, squirrels and deer kept us entertained. The hot tub was an added bonus and if you MUST cook, Safeway is walkable. The owner and rental hosts were friendly and so accommodating. Our stay was perfect. The house had everything we needed for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). Very close to Garden of the Gods with a grocery store a couple blocks away. Checkin was easy and appreciated the manager checking in with us during our stay.

Our family of three stayed here in June 2022. It was a great location and near many attractions, some within walking distance. The house was well-maintained and clean. Kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. Bed/bedding was great and comfortable. Hot tub was a nice bonus. Would highly recommend!

Very nice house in quaint neighborhood. Made for a great base for river rafting in Canon City and a trek up Pikes Peak. Coincidentally, you can see the summit from the dining room table!

Great location… comfy house… we enjoyed our stay and the proximity to Old Colorado City and Garden of the Gods.

The house was excellent. Only issue we had was the shower. It is outdated. The water mixing was very sensitive and took a number of adjustments to arrive at proper temp.

The location of this property is excellent. It’s a short drive to many Colorado attractions. You can see Pikes Peak from the dining room window and front yard! There are also several restaurants nearby. The house was very clean and well maintained. The property manager was very responsive and very kind. No complaints at all. Will stay here again on our next trip to Colorado Springs.

The house itself was nice. The neighborhood was not good. The 1st night we had someone bagging on the door asking to come in at 11:30. The 2nd night we were in the hot tub and we had homeless people yelling at us from the road to get out. The shower made a awful noise when it’s running but not a deal breaker. Again the house was nice but the neighborhood made our experience less than great.

This house was the perfect space and location for our recent mom's weekend. The beds were comfortable and there was hot water for days (important with 3 adult women!). Communication with the owners was very quick, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The master bedroom was a great size to fit a travel crib for the baby, and the second bedroom worked great for the bigger kids. Really comfortable beds and linens. Everything was super clean, which was great with a crawling baby. Might be the cleanest place we've stayed at! Excellent location for all the things we came to do (Cheyenne Mtn Zoo, Garden of the Gods, hiking, and exploring Manitou Springs). Super close to Safeway, Manitou, and Old Colorado City for food needs. Highly recommend the Ethiopian restaurant in Old Colorado City. Only suggestion would be a couple small extension cords--would be helpful with the older home and fewer outlets for things like phone chargers, baby monitors, white noise machines, etc. We had actually brought our own after needing in other rentals in the past. But otherwise a very well stocked and comfortable place and great communication when we had questions during our stay. Would definitely stay again!
