Furniture (ottoman and two chairs in the living room) were visibly dirty. Several outlets in home were not working. What’s disturbing is the kitchen window only shut. It did not lock. We realized this yesterday. Scared me to death because it’s an easy break in and safety risk to my family. You have food staples (sugar, spices,etc) in your pantry that expired several years ago. And the yard needed to be mowed. Building looks run down on outside and there is a dead rose bush that greets you as your first impression. Not worth the money and definitely not worth 5 stars.

The duplex was clean and had all the amenities that you would expect. Host was very helpful when we misplaced our key. :-) Like that we had a designated parking space off of the street. Although the neighborhood was quiet with plenty of street parking.

This was a very nice property. Even nicer than the photos! It has a HUGE kitchen and a very large dining room. 10 out of 10!

We will be coming to Mountainview often to visit our new granddaughter and would gladly stay here whenever we need 2 Bedrooms.

This property was perfect for short stay visiting our son in Sunnyvale. It was no frills, but perfectly located. We walked to a local bfast place & we’re a mile from our friends in Mountain View.

Property manager had excellent communication with us. Place was as described in listing. This was walking distance to the family we were visiting. Would use again. Thanks

Place is kinda beat up. Numerous places on the floor with gaps between the flooring planks. Stains on blankets and furniture. I would not book again.
