Our family (6 adults/3 children under age four) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harbor cottage. The house provides ample room with a spacious kitchen/dining area, plenty of seating, comfy beds, (smallest room is full size bed, not queen) and three private baths. The kitchen exceeds expectation in stocked and quality of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, serving utensils, drinking glasses and cutting knives. The location offered a peaceful getaway close to the marina and Storybook Trail which my 4-year-old granddaughter loved. I personally enjoyed sitting out on screened porch early in the morning with a cup of coffee. IF you are a coffee drinker be aware there is no coffee maker on site, only a Keurig with no pods. I double checked previous comments, and confirmed with property manager before arrival. We brought our own coffee maker and coffee. Enjoy! Kim

The laundry outside cover was broke and cigarette butts were around the hot tub- the pantry smelled terrible and I could have been dusted , rugs in bathroom washed and outside pressure washed and gutters cleaned out. Over all we recommend it it just needs some TLC outback.

We loved our time at the house! It was truly relaxing and peaceful. Be advised that the drip coffee maker is not there. It is, in fact, a Keurig. Buy accordingly.

We enjoyed our 2nd stay at this property. The location to Center Hill Marina can't be beat. Note that the property has a Keurig, so plan on packing some K cups or making a drive towards Smithville to find some.

The house was fantastic and perfect for our stay. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Walking distance to the playground so it was perfect for the kids. We will definitely be back!

The pictures of the house do not accurately represent how nice the house is in my opinion. Every piece of furniture was very comfortable and clean. Check in was a breeze. We were looking for something quiet and relaxing and we got that here. The neighborhood is very private and quiet and all of the homes are very nice. The location was good for us, it was an easy drive to Nashville and other local spots. Overall, it was an excellent retreat to the woods.

Located just a couple of miles away from Center Hill Marina, we were thrilled about the proximity to everything we needed for our mini vacation. The home was immaculate and well stocked with the necessities we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub during our stay as well. If you plan to wash clothes, bring your own laundry detergent. The home came with bathroom toiletry samples, but we also brought our own. I rate this stay with 5 stars!

The backdoor access removed the need to travel up and down the stairs, and the bathtub in the master suite was to DIE for! Previous reviews stating that the kitchen was not stocked are definitely outdated. Everything you could possibly need was provided. All in all, very spacious for our five adult guests and everyone had nothing but good things to say.

Our family couldn't love this beautiful cottage any more than we did ! Beautifully decorated, super comfy furniture and beds. So so clean !!! Fully stocked kitchen with nice appliances. We enjoyed the Hot tub , fire pit and the park across the street all within the gated community. My only recommendation would be to have a kitchen dish scrubber or wash cloth. It was hard to adequately wash dishes by hand. We ended up using a bath wash cloth but it left it stained.
