Facilities including washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, coffee machine. 3 large double bedrooms with very comfortable beds and luxury bedding and plenty of soft towels. The property was very clean and is ideally located in the centre of Saint Emilion with its own private parking. We were greeted by Sam, the friendly owner, who met us at the property to hand over the keys and run through things with us. We would highly recommend anyone coming to this area to stay at La Petite Fontaine. You will not be disappointed.

Lovely apartment in a great location in the centre of Saint-Emillion. Sam was very helpful, friendly and made us feel very at home. He went above and beyond to welcome us. The showers were strong with plenty of hot water for four people. The apartment has aircon, which was needed as it was very hot when we visited. The kitchen is well equipped and the cupboards were stocked with the essentials. Definitely recommend staying here!

The only issue was that the other guests left late, so we had to wait to get into the apartment. However, Sam made up for that by showing us where we could leave the car, where we could have a drink and generally making us feel very welcome.

Great location right in the centre of town. A really comfortable and well equipped property. The owner Sam was very helpful in helping us park on arrival (although property has its own garage, which is a great advantage here as free parking is hard to come by, we came in two cars).

Nothing. Only thing to be aware of is that the garage entrance is quite tight so a large car may not fit (although I did just manage to squeeze my Volvo xc40 in).

Location, well equipped, very clean and comfortable and excellent host - very accommodating.

Perfect location! Super clean and very nice house. Very comfortable for our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. Sam is a wonderful host and provided so many great pieces of advice and recommendations. We would love to stay again next time we are in the area!

The property is typically French and in a fantastic spot in the centre of St Emillion. We did have minor problems with Wifi and aircon but Im sure if we had contacted the owner these might have been resolved. We were not so bothered to do this, and so it did not lessen our stay. A mirror in the front bedrooms would be useful for hair and make up. The house is truly well equipped otherwise and we would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.
