The house is beautiful and spacious. We really enjoyed the Bluetooth surround sound and the patio was everyone’s favorite part of the house.

Parking could have been better the neighbors across the street stole shoes and clothes out of the car. There were not enough covers and the place was not clean I had to get a broom and mop to bring there and clean up the wash room is full of dust and spider webs. As for the bathroom up stairs the knobs were broken whenI got there and my brother had to get it to work. There were not enough trash bags or paper towels in the house. And when you pull up to the house there are trash cans falling over out front it just looks tacky and it stinks.

The property is beautiful! The pictures really don’t show how beautiful the space . I’m hard to please and I enjoyed every inch of the property.

I didn’t mind the stairs but the others that was with me said that was the only thing. I think it should state three and 1/2 bedrooms. this was a couple trip. one of the bedrooms was to small for a couple. oh the speaker and fireplace didn’t work. I really want to use the fireplace.

The space was a good space for my party of 8. But would NOT recommend to anyone. Especially for the price charged.

The uncleaniness of the condo. Dirty patio furniture, non working sinks, hot tub. Broken chair to kitchen, sanitary issues with luving room couches. Non working lights in bathroom, carpets nasty and badly stained and the list goes on.

The house was nice they could've had more cleaning supplies so we could clean up after ourselves better like a broom ,bleach spray etc.

My rental was broken into the first night the owners never called back to check on us... I even asked if they had other locations I never heard back from them ... my kids didn't want to stay the by themselves so we had to limit the things we did at night..

Spacious

It was not clean or safe. Broken and loose flooring through out the unit. From the debris on the drapes assumed a food fight had taken place. Chipped and cracked glasses provided that extra level of confidence. Broken drawers in refrigerator with sharp jagged edges along with the ice maker not working due to prior guest placing container in it made for a easy choice to leave the following morning. On our way out one family member tripped over a lose tile and cut her leg. Parking was on the street, first come first served. Never again at any price, was to spend two days only spent 12 hours

Could have been a nice property if maintenance and cleaning had been kept up with

Property was filthy. Ceiling fans were black, countertop and floors were cracked. Fireplaces did not work. Dirty ice and mold in freezer. Dirty showers. Filthy laundry room (dryer vent vented directly into room). Bed frame broken (2x6 supporting bed). Pictures were nothing like property. Location was not in the best area. Parking terrible. Noisy road. Customer service from Booking was terrible. Someone finally showed up, don’t know if he was the owner, from booking or from Hosteeva. Offered to send a cleaning crew. To clean this place properly would take a complete day and we did not want people in the property while we were gone nor did we want to stay while it was cleaned. Booking finally offered $500 off our stay and we were so tired of dealing with them that we took it. Had all of the reviews been posted we would not have rented this place. We will never use Booking.com again! They use pictures that are not current and only show the reviews that they want to. The review about the rat was not visible when we rented.
