Excellent location. My girl and I walked everywhere. The room was very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable.

Water pressure in the shower could have been better. Hot water could have been hoter

Everything was prefect. The M lounge and staff was top notch. We were in New Orlean for a family vacation celebration. We also celebrating milestone birthday. My husband contacted a manager that morning about 10am to see if he could get a birthday cake today by 3pm. She made it happen, sorry I didn’t get her name, but I don’t think it will be to many of your managers that got a cake for a guest. On 4/13/24

Explaining gift cards and discounts offered to guest in detail. Expresso Martini was awful.

The room was decent, location was okay thankfully you cant hear all the partying on the town. Room was clean, TV was good size and the bed was definitely comfortable. The hotel/facility itself was amazing.

The room could have been bigger for the price, but everything else was great.

The location was great. The room was clean.

It took three times to get a room with a bathtub check and kept getting in your rooms that did not have bathtubs in it. In order to get hot water we had to run the water for 10 to 15 minutes in the shower bathtub and sink.

The location is perfect, the staff is nice, the service is good and the premise is clean and well kept.

The place is very standard, very poorly decorated and furnished, it doesn't even have a lobby entitled of the name lobby, since they just put a restaurant on the ground floor to serve the seatings available. But mostly, it's too pricey for what they are offering. In the same exact block there's several hotels which offer a more premium service and vibe for half the price... Not to mention that on the same street, 2 blocks away, there's the Ritz-Carlton which offers the best luxury experience for almost the same price...

I only like that it is close to the casino

My room door should’ve look like it was still open. The bed had red stuff on it. One of the legs on the bed is leaning. The towels had stands on it.

Everything was good.

Good location next to but not in the French Quarter, convenient to other venues. Good WiFi. Comfortable bed.

Hot water in the shower kept cycling cooler, then hotter. Only 2 hooks in the bathroom, and those are so shallow they don't hold a wet towel. No conditioner in the bathroom on the first morning. Very little drawer space in the room for clothes. It was cold outside, and it was hard to get the heat in the room high enough to make us comfortable.

Upon checkout the front desk was so friendly. I wish I had the names of the two young women working thurs nite about 9pm they were sensational!

I think they could have used more help at the lounge bar even thought the servers working were great and worked very hard to service everyone there. It was crowded due to the bowl game on sat and the saints game on sunday

Good location

Very dirty, extremely nasty shower and toilet.

It housed the conference I attended, the facilities were clean and close to downtown for access to wonderful restaurants. The valet parking staff was amazing when my car battery died and ensured I was able to drive home safely.

They upgraded my room so it was bigger and had great views up top.

My original room was small, and the cleanliness was just okay.

Location is fantastic, Breakfast 🍳 was excellent the chef 👩‍🍳 made us omelettes everyday.

The pool side was very noisy and off the street people can sell drinks?? The hotel use swipe system to get into the pool area.

I thought the bathrooms were old and outdated. The water fills up immediately once you start showering in the bath. I would suggest a revamp of the bathrooms to a shower only.
