Fantastic stay. Would definitely return

Stayed here for a few significant birthdays and found it to be very convenient for hiking, pool time, restaurants. I would stay again next time we are in the area.

Actually the 2nd year in a row to stay at this property while golfing in LaQuinta. I always do my best to enjoy my stay while on vacation but there were some things about this property that need attention. The Wi-Fi never worked nor did the TV remotes. The bath and wash towels were minimal and poor quality. I travel the states and frequently stay in VRBO properties. Most have at a minimum hotel single serve condiments but the location was out of stock and additional grocery visits was needed. On a good note, the price was fair and the home has plenty of room to move. My group had a good time but I feel the property needs a little bit of TLC. The host immediately responded but some areas of concern will have to be fixed after our visit.

The house was okay but needs owner attention. There were no mattress pads on beds and the sheets were very worn. The beds squeak terribly. The bathroom towels were worn out. Also there were no hand towels. The kitchen towels were also terrible and no dish cloths. The lamps in one bedroom were broken and didn’t work. There were no directions for the television in the living room and no guide for operation of that or for the hot tub. We did figure out the iPad on the wall and it was how the hot tub was controlled but how about some welcome directions?! The living furniture was very dirty. The hot tub was the highlight. Very nice and was serviced regularly. Neighborhood is quiet and nicely located near a walking park at the base of the mountains

Liked the house, could have been wash clothes and hand towels in each bathroom. None were provided!

We were a family of 9 adults and 2 infants and were comfortably accommodated in this house. The open Kitchen/living area allowed us to be together and play games or eat meals comfortably. The pool and spa area were large enough for us to all use. The Kitchen was equipped with plenty of pots and pans. There were plenty of dishes and drink ware. Great house!

Fantastic location and amenities for a quick golf trip

The property was wonderful and as described. The location of the property is great. Pool and hot tub are an added bonus. We would definitely stay at this property again. The only issue we had was at check-in. The front gate was locked so we couldn't access the front courtyard. Actually the gate was difficult everytime we left the house.

Quiet area close to trails and golf courses. House had a nice layout especially for families.

We truly enjoyed this amazing home! Large enough to accommodate many yet cozy enough to make you feel at home!! The owner was attentive to our questions, the kitchen was fully equipped and the small details in the home made our stay memorable.

The place was just adorable! Loved how big the kitchen and dinning area were! Especially since our group loves to cook and have buffett family style dinners. Alot of natural lighting made the whole house brighten up and feel welcoming :) Everyone loved the pool area as well! Thank you to our host for making us feel at home 💕

Nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful family vacation. We swam with toddlers, played on the back patio, cooked wonderful meals. It was a perfect place!

Second time we renter from this owner. Everything was very smooth. Great location for are 6 rounds of golf in Palm Desert area.

Had a problem with hot tub and owner did his best to resolved it . We only got to use it one day out of the week so he reimbursed me some money . Would rent this house again.

This was the perfect home for myself and girlfriends to stay in! It was SO clean, fully stocked kitchen, great outdoor space and is in an awesome location! We will definitely be renting this house again!

We were 7 woman who went to see the BNP Paribas tournament at Indian wells. The house was extremely clean and the living space (Kitchen, Dining Room, Family Room) were great. Although we chose not to cook, they had everything you need, including a Ninja Blender plus many spices. I loved having 4 bathrooms (3 full baths). Having 3 king beds was nice as well and one room with 2 queen beds. The pool is very small which I couldn't tell from the pictures, but we wound up not using it and only used the hot tub which does take about 1.5 hours to heat to 102. There are nice big outdoor couches outside. One by the pool and one outside the master bedroom. We were gone most of our stay but enjoyed the house in a nice quiet, safe neighborhood. The owner was very responsive. When the bed frames were squeaking, he send a handyman the next day to tighten the bolts. I would definitely stay here again.

We all enjoyed our stay! The house was roomy and clean. The location was great. Only a couple concerns - there was a shortage of bath and hand towels and the tv remotes were difficult to operate, one didn't have batteries.

Place is clean and beds are comfortable. The grill and spa work well. Make sure to get spa warming up at least 1 hour in advance. Spa instructions need to be written down. Will rent again.

Nice and clean, perfect room types for a business trip with co-workers.

The property was sufficiently spacious for 6 of us - two couples and two singles, in 4 bedrooms. It was particularly nice that the hot tub was included in the rental at no extra charge. Very close to mountain trails and within walking distance of the old town. Lots of appliances and dishes onsite, with extra towels for the hot tub as well.

Great house - compact yard and pool that worked out well for our 5 adults and 1 child. The only suggestion I can make would be for the cleaning crew to clean the baseboards. Lots of dust. Everything else was great. Kitchen was fully equipped and I was happy to find basics like salt, pepper etc. We would stay at one of David's properties again. Thanks!

The house itself had a nice layout & was very comfortable. However, there were some items that weren't entirely acceptable. 1. We arrived after dark & there wasn't a single light on plus no one met us to give us some sort of orientation on how to operate things. We used our cell phone flashlights to enter the code to get in the front door. It didn't work. Still walking around in the dark we called the number we had & he suggested we get the key out of the lockbox that we had difficulty finding in the dark. He gave us the code for the lockbox; it didn't work. He gave us another code; it also didn't work. He said he would send his maintenance man to fix the code box to get into the front door & he'd be there in about 20 mins. He gave us 2 more codes for the lockbox and finally one of them worked. Turns out the code box on the front door needed a battery. 2. The table lamps in 3 of the bedrooms didn't work and two of the bedrooms had outlet covers that were broken to the point of showing the inside of the wall. 3. The bin in the freezer was completely broken with jagged edges. 4. No extra blankets. No hand or face towels. No bath mats (if no bath mats, then there probably should be hand rails in the showers) or rugs. The tissue containers in 2 of the bathrooms were empty with the empty boxes still inside the container. Could use more hangers. 5. There was an IPad on the wall with no instructions on how to use it. We called "David" & he told us how to use it to turn on the hot tub which took 2 1/2 each night to warm up. 6. The binder that was left on the kitchen island, which was in sorry shape, had a welcome letter that told us to call Amanda if we had any problems. No number for Amanda. 7. The sheets on 2 of the beds were not clean. It appeared that they had not been changed & were extremely thin and worn. 8. Plastic cups for the spa would be nice. In conclusion, we left the place with some items that new renters will find useful such as tissues, laundry soap & toilet paper. We left the place better than we found it & will not use this owner again.

We were a group of 70+ year old women getting together for a reunion. The property suited our needs perfectly and we had a great time. The kitchen was well supplied. When we had a small issue with how the hot tub functioned, the property manager was very quick to reply.

Myself and three other girlfriends travel to Palm Springs every year for our annual girls trip and rent a home. This year we decided on renting in La Quinta. This home was perfect; had everything necessary that we needed, very clean and the owner easy to deal with. A couple of minor glitches, but those were solved and weren’t dependent upon whether we’d stay again. Highly recommend.
