Perfect place for me and my friends to get away for a few days. Enough space to where we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Beautiful views and even got to see some bears.

This property is absolutely stunning. We thought we had everything we needed but of course we forgot a few items. It didn't matter because this property had everything, from a step stool for my 3yr old granddaughter to a strainer to strain my spaghetti. We brought extra electrical cords but never needed it. Every room has an extra cords with USB plugs. This is my third time in the Smokey Mountains and this cabin is at the top of my list as the best of the three.

Property was clean, great view, nicely furnished. Definitely would stay here again.

It was perfect

The place is amazing. Great location and very well managed. All facilities are there for every age group. Eight adults stayed for two nights and we enjoyed thoroughly. Roads to place are not too bad though prefer to have a more lighted sign in front of house as missed it and took some time to take u turn in night on slope down road. Hot tub and valley view from every corner is just outstanding. Highly recommend place.

The house was absolutely beautiful and so clean. The views were breathtaking from the back deck. The hot tub was so relaxing in the evenings after the short drive to Gatlinburg. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. Plenty to do in the house even on rainy days.

We planned a trip before Christmas while all the kiddos were off of school and this was the perfect getaway. Love the layout of the home, the game room and theater were a big hit with the kids and the hot tub was a perfect retreat for the adults at night! So close to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Highly recommend!

This property is beautiful. The home was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. The game room provided lots of entertainment for our young children and adults. We enjoyed watching bear climb the trees and they posed no threat.

The cabin had a beautiful view of the mountains. It was extremely clean. We had a great time.

We will be back! This was a wonderful place :)

Great location!

If you are going to be hiking in the Smokey Mountain national park this cabin is in a very good location. Only about 15-20 minutes down the mountain to get into the park. The cabin was very nice with beautiful views. We had a great time. We had 6 adults in the cabin so plenty of extra room.

Very nice cabin. A few little things could have been better but overall very accommodating! I would suggest bringing own pillow if you are particular. Just FYI ,Our elderly family had a bit of time traveling roads to cabin . Loved all the games in cabin for family enjoyment.

The cabin and the views were amazing

The house was wonderful! My group consisted of 8 adults and we had enough room to spread out or come together for meals and/or games. The rooms were decently sized. We had 4 King rooms with an in-suite bathroom in each. The game room downstairs was fun. Although a few of the chairs need to be fixed in the theater area. The hot tub was the winning amenity for me and my girls, while the guys enjoyed the grilling area and the pool table. The outdoor patios (main and lower levels) could use some pressure washing. There were quite a few cobwebs and spiders lurking about. We also saw a bear cub that showed up the next day and busted out one of my friend's windows in his truck. There was no food in the truck, but he did admit that the window was cracked/open slightly. So that was just enough for the bear to get his claws through and pull! So heed ALL the warnings about bears! Lock your car doors, don't leave food in the car and make sure all windows are closed! Overall, we loved our stay and can't wait to visit the area again!

Perfect size cabin for 3-4 couples. Please was clean with good kitchen tools and nice deck with a beautiful view

Beautiful cabin with an excellent view! We sat on the porch nightly and watched the drone/firework show that Dollywood did nightly.

We loved our stay at this cabin. Our family rented it for our family reunion trip. The rest of the group was a short drive away. The cabin was clean and plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax. We loved the view and special treat we found was being able to watch the Dollywood fireworks show from the deck every night. We were able to cook most of our meals at the cabin and were not too far from all the things we wanted to explore. The drive to the cabin can get a little slippery in rainy weather and maybe a bit risky in the winter but worth our efforts for this trip. We saw bears nearly every day either right outside our cabin or on the road as we were driving to and from the house, so be cautious of that. With the trash locked up they didn’t stick around for long.

Great space for 7-8 people. Room to spread out. Teens loved the game room. Fantastic decks.

The amenities were great! Had a few very small issues that were taken care of immediately. Saw bears 3 of the 5 days we were there from the back porch. Momma bear a 3 cubs came three days momma fed them and the cubs played. We watched and DID NOT feed them. Apparently this is a path they take. And 2 of the days a different bear came later in the day. Few things need attention. Pool Que sticks need new tips, need brush for the table, AC filters need changed and cleaned, back middle theatre chair recliner one side broken. Could use a broom. Also ring toss game had no rings to throw.

This property needed a facelift. The furniture was in need of a facelift...worn out chairs, dining room chairs, floor mats needed an overhaul. When we arrived there was a hole in the middle of the deck and the outside staircase had been chewed away by bear cubs apparently. The dishwasher racks needed to be repaired as well as the blinds. The outdoor sreened -in porch also needed to be repaired.The property manager sent over someone to fix everything very promptly, but it did start off our vacation with a very poor impression. The communication and prompt responses were exceptional but the cabin itself needed a fresh overhaul to make someone's stay feel good.

Had a great experience here for my bachelor trip. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room. Game/movie room is awesome. Had the US Open on the big TV while we played pool, fusball, and Boss Toss. Only thing that could have made the place better was if there was a TV out by the hot tub haha. 10/10 experience.

Although the drive up intimidated a few people in our party, it was worth it for us to have experienced the Smokey Mountains the right way. The place was nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Other homes were close but it felt private in a good way. We all enjoyed our stay here.

There was seven of us who stayed for a long weekend and the view was as great as it said. The cabin was very clean and had room enough for all of us with everything we needed.

We all loved the property. It was so clean. The beds were comfortable. Overall a beautiful cabin. The theater area and game room were too cool, The only downside was the road leading to it. A little too much switchback for me, but the view was awesome.

Amazing from start to finish. Game room was great, porch was great, plenty Of room for 8. Saw 5 bears first day there. The drive up to cabin gets old after 4 days.

This property is worth it.

We had children ages 2-7 with us and they loved the house so much! They never left the game room and it was perfect for them! They also enjoyed the hot tub. The cabin was clean and a wonderful experience!

We enjoyed everything about this cabin. The rooms were perfect for 4 couples and view was amazing. Our first evening we had two families of bears visit the property. They didn't have any fear of our presence and they casually strolled the neighborhood.

Went to Gatlinburg for my Bachelorette trip and loved the location, accommodations and customer service that this cabin had to offer. Beds were comfy, very spacious and very clean.

The experience at the Heavens Ridge Cabin in Gatlinburg, TN was awesome. The 4 Master suite cabin was beautiful and well stocked as advertised. Matt our Host was great, responded timely and answered all of our questions. The check out process was seamless using a QR code. The game room and theater was fun. Moreover, the Mountain View’s were spectacular.
