The location is why we stay here since it is right on the beach and easy walking to John’s Pass boardwalk. We had 2 complaints this stay both out of the control of Beach Place condos. One was the public parking next door was a gathering place for 16-20 year olds with their loud vehicles with loud stereos...and I like to have a good time but wow! Second was the beach and water conditions due to high levels of Red Tide causing dead fish to was on shore. There was tremendous effort to clean the beaches each night but still felt gross. Again, nothing they could do about it. Overall this condo is a good value at a great location.

Just dish soap which was odd - a lot of hair on the bathroom floors and a used bar of soap left in the front bathroom- we found food below the chairs in the living room and behind the night stands- outlet between beds in 2 queen bed room does not work limited lighting available.- back bedroom outlets had similar issues with power - cable box tv remotes missing - white sheets on queen bed had stains on them, but they did appear to be clean

But we have local family that were able to bring some for us. Otherwise, everything was great! I highly recommend staying here if you have a large group.

The location had great access to John's pass and view of the bridge. However the downside was noise from the park below as well as traffic.Red tide prevented use of the beach which affected our overall experience.Access elevator is very slow and hot.

THE VEIW WAS NICE BUT IT IS ONLY PARTIAL GULF VIEW. MY GRAND DAUGHTER DID ENJOY WATCHING THE DRAW BRIDGE GO UP AND DOWN, SO THAT WAS A PLUS. THE BACK (MASTER) BEDROOM WAS DARK AND MOSTLY QUITE, WITH THE RARE EXCEPTION OF ELEVTOR AND GARBAGE SHOOT NOISE. THE TV SITUATION IS A BIT TRICKY, BUT WE WERE ABLE TO FIGURE IT OUT. THE FRONT BEDROOM HAD SOME TRAFFIC NOISE. WE HAD FRIENDS STAYING IN 310 THIER VEIW WAS AMAZING BUT THE ROOM WAS VERY DATED AND HAD A FUNKY ODOR. OVERALL WE WOULD STAY AGAIN IN THE SAME ROOM IF AN UPDATED BEACH FRONT WAS NOT AVAILABLE. EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE WAS VERY NICE. WE HAD A DISHWAHER ISSUE, WHICH WAS MINOR BUT THEY WOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF IT HAD I MENTIONED IT SOONER.

Not impressed... Balcony was full of bird *hit... beautiful view of John's Pass which we couldn't use due to the balcony covered in Bird *hit!! Complained to management and was told someone would be up to clean....Mel was the guys name. Never show up?? We were there 4 nights Management refunded us $99.00...The view from the balcony was the main reason we rented it. Disappointed !

Great spot. Close to John’s Pass attractions and the beach. Take free cab a couple miles away to additional evening entertainment options.

This place was awesome! Comfy beds, great location, very stylish and nice! It was very clean and I would bring my family back in a heart beat! Loved the balcony, the beach and the heated pool!

The condo, we stayed in is our favorite. This was our second visit and appreciate the updates they made between our visits. We will be back.

We had a fabulous family vacation! It was so nice to have a closet full of beach toys, umbrellas and such. We hope to be back again soon.

We stayed at the Beach Place rm 505 and there was plenty of room for 5 of us. it was a great location right across the street from Johns pass warf. lots to do there from fishing trips, dolphin tours etc. lots of eating places very close by. i would definitely stay at this place again. location location location. the room we had faced the Johns pass bridge but you could see the ocean. could be a little loud during rush hours when sitting on the balcony but nothing to complain about. the only downfall that i saw, and even that wasn't a big factor, but the elevator was very hot inside with no air movement. not sure anything could be done about that since it is hot there but that is really the only thing i would mention. very nice stay and i highly recommend staying here for 3 bedrooms.

We stayed in 505 August 25-Sept.1,2017. It was a very nice condo only drawback was NO washer or dryer. I didn't see that when booking or I would not of rented it. Luckily we had 2 other condos that we rented and were able to use their washer/dryer. It was very clean and well supplied. Microwave was a little outdated. K & G Stone

Everything was great from beginning to end! Would love to return to this same spot. Beautiful weather and surroundings, wildlife, shopping and dining. Condo was clean and spacious.

We completely enjoyed our time in #505! Such a nice space. A million times better than staying in a hotel. Great views, beautiful pool area, amazing beach! Friendly staff, convenient parking, quiet surroundings. Walk right under the bridge to Johns Pass. Watch dolphins swimming by from the balcony. Really just perfect!

We had a great family vacation --- the condo was great..... love sitting on balcony watching people and dolphins. Condo is spacious and well stocked with all your needs. Thanks for having a closet of umbrellas, chairs, pool stuff and more.

We had a family vacation and stayed at Beach Place #505. Our view is of John's Pass waterway and the Gulf. We had a great time. I've been here a couple times before and continue to stay in this area for the beach and John's Pass stuff. The condo was wonderful. They had a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, toddler life jackets, golf clubs, baby crib, extra pillows and blankets, even a stroller. They also had a few card cards, legos and dominos. Kitchen completely stocked with dishes, pans, grilling utensils. Madeira Beach is very pretty. The pool was clean and had plenty of lounge chairs for tanning. I would stay here over and over again.

Great location! Spacious condo. Beautiful view at three directions! The beach awesome! Standing on the balcony and watch dolphins! Big bedrooms! Would be perfect if there was some spices in the kitchen. The mattresses was very hard. Hot and slow elevator but still I would come back! :)

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Place #505. The condo was very nice with a great view of the ocean and John's Pass. The only issue we had was there was no washer and dryer in the condo we had to use the coin machines in the lobby. When you have young children and wet beach towels it is nice to have the machines in the condo. Other than that one issue there are no complaints. This was our second time to Beach Place staying in 305 and 505 and it was a wonderful vacation at both.
