Great location. Wet room bathroom was good. Staff were helpful.

Lift was out of order (although we were warned of that in advance), and the stairs had a lot of stuff being stored or left at the bottom despite being a fire exit.

It is City Centre. I think I have stayed approximately 12 times now and can’t praise it enough.

The 3 floors of steps are hard while the lift is out of action.

I was travelling for a wedding and arrived very early in the morning to drop off my luggage. I was worried about being back in time to collect the bags that night from reception but Ewa sorted everything out for me and made sure my bags were dropped up when the room was ready that day. The drop box for the keys etc was extremely convenient. While the room is basic, it is a perfect base for the city centre and was good value for a weekend night (albeit I had it booked well in advance).

It's a perfect base for the city centre, but if you plan on spending much time in your room rather than out and about in the city, perhaps look elsewhere.

A tight fit for two people. Very warm at night ... could have used a top sheet besides the duvet. Too bad washroom took up so much space. Hall lighting and elevator not working.

The room was small but warm, clean and quiet. Chocolates left for our birthdays. So lovely. Staff were amazingly polite.

We were charged too much. Then the refund didn’t go onto our credit card immediately so the girl had to take our details down.

The staff were great, the location was awesome. The room was very quiet and clean.

The lift was broken at the time, we only stayed 1 night so travelled light. It is not easy to find. If coming by car turn down the back lane.

Location was excellent, close to Eyre Square. Room was very clean and so too was the ensuite.

Unfortunately the lift was out of order for our visit and we had six flights of stairs to climb not easy. Also we were late checking in and our room was extremely tight for two adults.

Bit too pricey ,location perfect, tiny rooms, but that was OK...Will I stay again I would but only if it was reduced in price...
