Comfortable and spacey two bedroom apartment in a quite area. Decoration is simple but modern. Well equipped. individual A/C. Relatively good location.

Automatic check in using a code to open the building and the apartment doors. Had a problem with accessing the building. Help line was useless, the responding person had no clue. When we were able to find the staff on premiss (only during business hours) the problem was solved and we were told that it was a recurring problem for guests to mix up the sign on the pad when entering the code. the problem was reported several times by the staff but nothing changed.

Only thing missing from the well appointed kitchen was a frying pan.

We had originally booked Camden Arms, another similar apartmnent, but they have cancelled our reservation literally 24 hours before arrival. We managed to find this place, where one of the last apartments we booked. This was saving our stay in London. Not the previous place, neither booking.com - they were our saviours! So not only everything was exactly as promised, but we owe them a big THANK YOU!

Everything was as described, we enjoyed the stay and used everything. The rooms were spacious, and 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, was just like being home.

plumbing issues in one bathroom with blocked wash hand basin. very uncomfortable pillows to sleep on and staff were completely inflexible with late checkout by just one hour more even if we were prepared to pay extra for this.

great location, spacious, clean and had all necessary toiletries, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and full kitchen equipment. kids enjoyed the fast wi-fi and balcony looking at Westminsters abby tower top and flag

Bathroom doors do not close nor do they lock. Apartment was humid and hot with no way to change temperature control settings. WiFi was weak. No one at reception the entire stay, would have been nice to get some help without having to call international line. Paid for additional cleaning fee and was told that it was to clean the apartment before we arrived, there was miscommunication with this as 2 agents of the company were saying completely different things
