The apartment looks pretty much as in the pictures and has an interesting design. Very spacious. Nice, cleaner neighborhood of the building compared to other places in Thessaloníki. I put the location as a plus, since we like to walk and visit the cities we are in. It took us about one hour walking to the famous promenade and city center of Thessaloniki, which allowed us to catch a small snapshot of the city.

The cleaning seemed a little superficial, at easy to say. Might have been an isolated happening and problems of the surrounding apartments, not the property itself, but there was a huge cockroach in the living room (which I managed to catch on camera) and a smaller one (which was too fast). The sofa in the living room quite uncomfortable to sleep on. I think the owners allow smoking in the room and there was a faint specific smoker smell in the living room. Some small repairs should be done (see the pictures). A little more expensive than a similar apartment even better located.

Very nice, well equipped ground level apartment in a nice neighborhood but not at the town center or waterfront.

The keys are in a combination lockbox by the apartment building entrance door. But how do you open the entrance door? You call the provided number and then you ring the bell outside the apartment entrance that corresponds to the resident’s name they give you. And what do you do when there is no response? You wait until someone comes in or out of the building (or start ringing other apartments). This is what happened. There has to be a better way

Excellent location for our needs. very close to shops and amenities. Security Entrance door. Interesting decor. Spacious. Clean. Interesting bathroom. Large kitchen. Responsive landlord.

The exterior of the property was not looked after, it gives a negative first impression. The bed was creaky. The hot and cold water in the shower were confusing as they were connected in reverse order.

Beautifully decorated, clean, easy communication, easy access , close to shops, it was a lovely stay!

Location was convenient for me but it is away from the city centre in case you want to be somewhere central.

The apartment is very nicely decorated, the nature theme has been executed flawlessly, and it was a very original and agreeable space to be in. Bathroom and the rest of the apartment was very clean as well, which is a must, especially during a pandemic. Recommended, during the warmer months of the year.

Apartment does not have heating... In December, even though it's Greece, it is very cold 🥶! When I entered the premises, the temperature was 12 degrees Celsius. After two hours of full heating from the air conditioning unit, the temperature reached 15 degrees. It is unacceptable and a let down when everything else was very good, both in presentation and value. In addition, i asked the owner if there was an ashtray in the property, it was my only question, and i was told there was. But after searching the entire property, it turned out there wasn't one!

location is good for avoiding the central area.The flat have aircon wich is extremely usefull in august in greece. kitchen clean and ready for cook your meals.

The apartment has a unique design, like a jungle, and is it is large, with many functionalities, like a washing machine, or coffee machine. The host is more receptive through Booking chat than on WhatsApp. I asked for additional sheets for the sofa, and someone came very quickly. You can park in front of the building. The location is perfect when you plan to leave early in the morning as it is near the highway and you do not need to spend too much time in traffic.

If you want to go to the port, you need to walk more. Also, the bus station is a bit far from the location (the one that has a direct line to the port), and when you are coming from the port it is better to take a taxi than the bus.

It was not clean, no parking, no dishwasher, washing mashine was not opening, no mosquito nets.
