1. Location - Close to the port, bars and restaurants , attractions 2. Breakfast- excellent, all products were fresh and delicious. Loved the fact that it was “a la Carte”. 3. Room facilities - absolutely everything was provided

The “view” 😁 … we had a room with view to the back yard but it didn’t bother us too much as we were away most of the time and too tired when we got back to care 🤣

Great location - lots of cafes and restaurants nearby (including The Mood Bar). The hotel has lovely interior and is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was super tasty and we had plenty of options to choose from. Staff was lovely and helpful. I would be more than happy to visit this hotel again on my next trip to Thessaloniki.

The loud music and noice from the street and local bars can be a bit uncomfortable, especially if you are a light sleeper, but conveniently enough you can find earplugs in the room which come in handy. I used them and had no problem falling asleep.

Breakfast was amazing both concept- and taste-wise, rooms were clean, beautifully designed and decorated, well-equipped. Staff was excellent, very polite and welcoming

Great staff, nice and clean room, love the way you serve breakfast - order whatever you like from the card - its fresh and eco (no food wasting with buffet style). It was a good choice to stay at your Hotel :)

the hotel was amazing, so clean and welcoming. the staff were exceptional nothing was too much for them, breakfast amazing and I. the evenings you can choose to dine in with their honmemade pizzas which were delicious.

if you are after a quiet location then this is not the hotel for you as it’s located right next to bars which get loud late into the evening at weekends.

Sadly, we were very unhappy with our stay. It started with being told off because we parked our car in front of the hotel and they said we can’t park there it’s „only for our guests of the hotel“…well we are your guests. Then it continued with other guests being treated better and shown to the entrance/their room. I guess you’d have to be older/have booked a better room to be treated better? Our „Comfort Room“ was a lot smaller and darker than the pictures suggested and it was so loud at nights that we could barely sleep. Our blinds for one Window were broken and we couldn’t open them to leave light in but after telling the staff at the reception they just said they’re supposed to be like that - which was clearly not the case. On the positive: it is very central and the room was clean! I honestly just felt like I was treated unfair. Maybe it’s because we’re just 25 years old and we only had the „basic“ room. But I just think when it comes to hotel Service, everyone should be treated amazingly.
