Overall, the property is nice, well stocked. My adult children with significant others, my husband and I spent a four day weekend there. The cabin was great with five king bedrooms and four full baths. We lived the theater room and the game room. The decks were comfortable. Saw several bears on the property over our stay, including one at the tail gate of our truck while we were loading to leave. A hawk landed on the upper deck and stayed for over fifteen minutes. The only issue we had was the temperature of the cabin. It was 95 degrees in Gatlinburg on our arrival day and the cabin would not cool adequately. The company sent an HVAC tech to check, but nothing could be done to improve the cabin temperature. It took over 24 hours to be totally comfortable. If the weather is mild, this cabin is great.

We loved our stay! Greeted by a mama bear and her 2 cubs below the patio at check-in!! We grilled and had 4 incredible meals at the outdoor table. Played tons of games as a family and enjoyed all the space and options the house provided kids age 1-10 all had a great time as well as the 6 adults! We would definitely book here again l!

The house was the icing on the cake to our Gatlinburg trip! It was spacious for our family group of 9, ages from 69 to 18 months...grandparents, parents and children. The view from the house was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable with plenty of closet space for storage. The beds were comfortable...even our pickiest person was happy. The child gates on stairs were perfect. The kitchen was stocked with most any gadget, cookware or utensil you might need. We also liked how much extra storage the kitchen had for groceries so that they weren't piled on the counter. We used Instacart for first shop from Publix in Pidgeon Forge which saved us time on move-in day. The family loved all the 'extras' in the house...pool table and game room, hot tub, fire pits and most of all the movie room. My family enjoyed the community pools on several occasions. The house is well located....less than 30 min to Dollywood, Dolly Stampede, Anakeesta, Gatlinburg Sky Park and Gatlinburg downtown. The house more than met our expectations in space, design, cleanliness and location. The last mile up the mountain was a good test for driving abilities, but very doable. Certainly worth it for the spectacular view. We did see bears on 2 occasions outside the house (we were inside) but they just kept on walking by. We were just more observant when leaving and arriving at the house and didn't let the kids out on their own. My favorite was watching sunrise over the mountains from the upper deck.

It was as depicted in the photos it was very clean and everything worked very well We thoroughly enjoyed our evenings on the deck around the fire pits and the view was great and very easy to get to town

We had a great time with family. We had ample space. Took advantage of all the amenities such as gameroom, movie room , hot tub and fire pits.

Great views had awesome time can't wait to visit again....

The pictures were very accurate and the cabin was very nice. Everything was clean and the view was spectacular. Would love to come back and stay at this cabin again in the future!
