Condo was very cute and clean! The location was very convenient, and lake access was amazing! We were able to have our boat rental pick us up right on the dock behind the condo.

We come to Osage Beach every year and this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. It is completely renovated. Master bedroom is big with a lot of closet and dresser space. Kitchen was well equipped also. The view off the deck is so beautiful morning and night. The boat slip was right in front of the condo also. Owner was quick to reply with any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this property over Labor Day Weekend and it was perfect. Plenty of room for my family (wife, two daughters) and it’s well equipped with the basics. The condo was clean and in a terrific location.

Was great but said it slept 8 we had 7 people and I had to sleep on couch , it had 3 beds 2 full and 1 king so I figure you need to say sleeps 6 but it was a nice stay very clean and new amenities. Very nice.

One of the best
This condo was everything we could of ever asked for at the lake. Great view, great location, great communication with owner. My family and i felt right at home. Nice comfy beds too!!! Will be back

Truly amazing!!
Can’t say enough good things about the property, and owners. We had a small hiccup with the fridge and in less than 24 we had a new one! Property is beautiful and owners truly go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay!!

Family vacation
The place was clean and had plenty of cooking supplies and towels. The deck spacious. However, the trash drop is on the third level, so you have to walk or drive it there. I thought the deck was screened in from the pictures online. It wasn’t. We were also harassed by the first floor neighbor and security about a water gun being dropped by a 2 year old guest and having a candle on the deck. The owner was really nice, but security is a nuisance. I ended up paying a fine for having the candle on the deck. I like the house. I didn’t like the hassle of outsiders.

Beautiful, clean condo with a great host!
This condo was very clean and in a wonderful location at Lake of the Ozarks. We had everything we needed to cook, and do the day to day things. It was beautiful and just felt like home. Highly recommend and we will certainly stay again. Brandi is a great host and was so helpful.

Rough start
We arrived at 5:30, check in was 4:00. The property had not been cleaned yet. I contacted Brandi and she was on it right away. There was a miscommunication, and the cleaning crew came back within 30 minutes. They also gave us some money towards dinner. They were very apologetic and did a very good job cleaning the condo! That was really the only thing that was wrong, and was taken care of immediately! The beds were very comfortable, and hala in all it was a good time!

Girls trip!
Place was fabulous and the location was great. We had six of us and had plenty of space that was perfect for hanging out. Beds were super comfy. Brandi is a wonderful host. Planning our trip for next summer!

Great Getaway
What a wonderful time we had! The location of this property makes everything easy to get too. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The property manager answered any questions I had in a timely manner. I highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful lake front condo
We so enjoyed our long weekend at the condo. Great location on the lake. The kids enjoyed the beach area and 2 pools. Brandi was a great host and easy to get in touch with if needed. Would stay again.

New Yearly Condo Rental
We have been renting from the Ledges for 5 years. With the expanding family, we needed larger place. We found the perfect Rental! Hope to return for Years to come! Modern decor, ideal location, spacious!

Well maintained property

Perfect!
Brandi was super accommodating! The condo was beautiful and clean. It had everything we could have possibly needed. It was a great location close to activities. The kids loved the beach and pools. The ducks, turtles, and fishing were a big bonus. We will be back!!

Property is in a good location, close to many restaurants and golf courses. Very nice 3 bedroom unit and very clean. Property manager was very responsive and helpful in the booking process.
