Ми відпочивали в апартаментах і нам було дуже зручно, бо кожний мав свою окрему кімнату , а також прибиральню.

Не було мусонних відер , та пакетів. А також будо мало кухонної утворі, саме ножа і т. Д

Booked a 3 bedroom and got a 2 bedroom and they didn’t tell us until we arrived

Heating was not working

The apartment was spacious and clean. The property is only a few minutes walk from town. Plenty of parking.

Most of the radiators didn't work. We had the central heating on, but it was of no use. I had to use the oven to heat the living area.

Heating wasn’t on had to try and figure it out should have instructions for use or be on on arrival

No hot water when we came in, no visible notice to explain the hot water system. So we did not have hot water in the morning, since we did not notice that we did not have hot water uppon our arrival, late evening.

Very spacious and comfortable in a lovely setting.

Despite a comprehensive search we could find no television remote controls. Care needs to be taken with extremely hot water and dishwasher was dirty although we did not really need it.

Cleanliness

Wifi exist only in a selected few apartments which they tell you AFTER you buy non-refundable deal. Overall construction of building is dated, tiles broken and falling off in bathroom. Price is very greedy. Their staff is incapable of making a business invoice, I checked the box while making a booking, wrote to them on whatsapp and on email requesting a business invoice with company info provided, they are not responding 1 month after booking.
